If I could give these hosts more stars, I would! This house exceeded expectations, and our Hosts really went above and beyond with communication.They have a very well-stocked kitchen for large parties, an ABUNDANCE of linens and towels, and so many great kid-friendly touches. This place was perfect for our extended family trip and truly made us feel like we were staying in a hosted place, not just a property owned by someone making money. I have rented quite a few properties for large groups of people, and this was truly an excellent experience.

Family holiday

We did our first 3 generation family trip and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations at Rio Crossing! The house had everything we needed plus more, the pool was great for all ages and the hot tub was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee! The movie theatre room provided a fun space for the kids to go after a fun day in the sun working on their putting skills. Communication with house owners was fantastic! Anything we needed they got shipped to the house the same day, couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Arizona!

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for all of our extended family coming together from all across the country to meet up for Thanksgiving. Property was spotless, well stocked, and large enough for us all to relax and enjoy!

Backyard fun for all!

Girl’s Weekend

A long weekend stay with childhood friends in this large accommodating home. We enjoyed the theater room and hot tub the most! The host were very quick to address some small issues we experienced and even sent over dinner. I would highly recommend this home.

Lovely home away from home with great entertainment

Home is awesome convenient, very nice area, clean, and filled with comfort. Communication was wonderful. Amenities for the children very efficient and on point to have so much to do without leaving the house for the adults as well. The whole family enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again❤️❤️❤️

What a great property!

Was in area with adult brothers to participate in a spartan race and weekend together. Property was great for us. Surprisingly, it was very well stocked, and had everything we needed. It was full of fun activities to keep us enjoying our time together while catching up. Host was accommodating, but didn't need anything as everything was in order. Didn't have our kids with us but could imagine it would be a great property for such a family vacation also. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway….

Had an amazing time, great entertainment style house, lots to enjoy. Especially the movie theater was an awesome touch to the entire stay. Super clean and cozy I might add. Owners are super nice easy to communicate with.

Golf trip

House was perfect for our golf trip. Darts, hot tub and great food after our rounds. Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool and outdoor area. Laura and Tony were helpful, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing time with family

This house was perfect for our vacation, time to visit with kids and grandkids, and celebrate Thanksgiving. Laura and Tony are very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in several VBRO's with large groups around the US, and this location was the best by far.

Fantastic vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was one of the best well-stocked homes we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The boys really enjoyed the pool and game room and there was plenty of room for each of us. Close to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training games. Laura was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We would definitely recommend.
