About this property

Modern apartment with all the trimmings: sauna, carport, ski room etc.

Arrive and feel comfortable in Mellau, amidst the beautiful mountain landscape of the Bregenzerwald.
In summer and winter, the Bregenzerwald has a particular appeal: with lots of things such as hiking, walking, cross-country skiing and of course skiing in the largest ski area in the Mellau-Damüls region. In addition, Mellau also has a very well located swimming pool with a beautiful view of the mountain - the Kanisfluh.

Our lovingly furnished new apartment is about 60 m² in size and for max. 4 people.
The living / dining area is fully furnished and very well equipped (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, blender, extractor fan, water heater, etc.).
In the living area is located next to the cozy leather couch, a new flat screen TV and a stereo with integ. DVD player.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a 3-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The kids room is furnished with two single beds and a 2-door cabinet.
The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror, a shelf, a shower, a toilet.
Bicycles and a variety of winter sports equipment is available in the carport own compartment available.
Your car can be easily parked in the carport. In the basement there is a ski boot dryer. The use of the sauna (combi sauna) is available on request for an additional fee of 20,00 €

Perfect Apartment for a great vacation

Great vacation. Apartment well equipped, very clean, warm and comfortable with ski storage and drying room to get all clothes and equipment warm and dry on the next day. Apartment close to supermarket, ski rent shop and bus stop. Apartment owners are extremely nice and welcoming. We have already booked for next year and recommend.

Die Wohnung ist toll und hochwertig eingerichtet und strahlt Gemütlichkeit und Wärme aus. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Ortsmitte (Einkaufen) und in 10min zu Fuß an der Bergbahn. Ein Hofladen ist wenigen Minuten erreichbar (keine 200m). Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und absolut hilfsbereit. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung der Familie Wüstner war ausgezeichnet. Ruhig am Ortsrand und trotzdem mittendrin. Fussweg zum Zentrum nicht mal 5 Min. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Das Ehepaar Wöstner ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gibt, wenn nötig, gute Tips zum Wandrrn oder Radfahren. Sehr grrne würden wir wiederkommen, so Gott will.(beide 76 Jahre) Wir schafften 2 große Wandertouren. (Jeweilige Höhendiff. 800 m. Und 2 gewaltige Fahrradtouren.)

Wunderbar!

Das war unsere erste Reise nach Österreich, aber wir wissen schon das wir wieder kommen. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft. Man kann absolute Ruhe genießen in Bergen wandern, oder wenn man will auch viel unternehmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Antworten sehr schnell und ausreichend wenn man Fragen hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr wertvoll, schön und mit gutem Geschmack gestaltet. Alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Also wir waren sehr zufrieden, und empfehlen gerne diese Unterkunft für alle, die sich für Bergurlaub interessieren.

Tolle Wohnung

Die 5 Tage Mellau (Osterferien) in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung von Karoline waren super! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, bekamen viele Tipps. Das I-Tüpfelchen war, dass wir obwohl auf der mellauer Seite schon alles grün war, in Damüls doch noch skifahren konnten. Ein super Skigebiet für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben mit unseren Teenagern tolle Skiferien bei Hans und Karoline in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern, grosszügig, blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Highlight für uns war die private Sauna, die wir abends nach dem Skifahren nutzen konnten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Mellaubahn ist wenige Auto oder Skibusminuten entfernt, im Ort gibt es wenige Fussminuten von der Ferienwohnung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants. Absolute Empfehlung :) Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
