It was such a pleasure hosting your group of 19. I am so glad you enjoyed the views and the indoor pool despite the challenging weather conditions at the start of your trip. Hearing that the home exceeded your expectations, even with the appliances, is wonderful. I have already scheduled our maintenance team to address the dishwasher, washing machine, and fire pit to ensure everything is in perfect working order for future guests. Thank you for the important reminder about locking vehicles; those clever local bears certainly keep us on our toes in the Smokies! To our future guests: The home is professionally cleaned and fully prepared between stays, and we provide starter supplies for convenience. For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing or supplementing additional consumables and kitchen items as needed to best suit your group’s needs.
