Our unique and modern/rustic loft is located close to shopping, restaurants, museums, theatres, and The Olde Wicks Factory Special Events Center and more. While staying with us you will be provided with all the comforts of home. Extra comfortable bedding and linens. Full kitchen with plenty of seating available. We provide fresh fruit, muffins,or pastries, snack bags, bottled water, canned soda and other treats! Shampoo, conditioner, soap and make-up wipes are provided. 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa sleepers

Lovely loft

This was our family's 2nd time staying here. We grew up just one block from the property. Kelly was so great to work with and the property (inside and out) is so clean and beautiful.

Beautiful & Unique Property

We did a two night stay for my son’s wedding in the area. This property was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It offered great entertaining space which allowed us to invite my son, his bride, and the wedding party over after the rehearsal dinner. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Loft

I will begin by saying this has been one of our favorites. The listing/description was spot on. The pictures do not do it justce…..it is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. You will fall in love and wish you could live there. The owners/hosts are so communicative, as well as very nice. They truly care and want to make sure you have everything.

Not only is this place beautiful, but the hosts were amazing! Every need was met plus more. We hosted our daughter and new son-in-law‘s rehearsal dinner here and everything was perfect. When we came back from the rehearsal dinner, there was a fire and candles lit for us in the courtyard. What a beautiful way to kick off a wedding weekend. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Highland, do not hesitate to book here.

Perfect Plus

We rented this loft so all five adults could attend a wedding at Wick's Organ Factory which is two blocks away. No DD necessary! However, the loft is such a great place to hang out, we didn't want to leave. This is a place you can just go to, relax, and have fun. Kelly and Matt are truly 'super' hosts; they go the extra mile to ensure that their rental is clean, well stocked, and comfy for their guests and their guests' guests. This place is worth every penny.

Great Property!

We needed a place that could sleep 5 and accommodate some friends for a birthday gathering and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. The property is the entire top floor of the building and was quite large and beautifully decorated like a big city loft. There is also a large unique outdoor patio with a large quaint fireplace. Kelly, the owner/host, couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Its quite unique in its history and offers an abundance of space for your group. Loft living is something we have come to enjoy so much. We love the open-spacious living area, and have decorated to offer a completely comfortable modern surrounding while not losing the loft feel.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the loft, we offer outdoor amenities such as a huge fireplace, pizza oven, courtyard that is in full bloom when the season allows and plenty of seating for all your family or friends. It's amazing!
