Rare to find house of 5 BR and 4 Bath with big backyard in Fountain Valley.
Enjoy our house with its big yard, pool and spa in the well known family oriented Fountain Valley, few steps from Mile Square Park where you can do walking, jogging, biking or its many other activities.
Also 10 minutes away from the beach and 20 minutes away from Disneyland.
Close access to Fwy.
Please Note;
1- A refundable security deposit of $1500 will be collected prior to check-in as a money request through VRBO against utilities, damages or extra services.
2-Guests booking 28 days or more will be charged for utilities based on their own use as per the actual electric and gas bill. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit and the rest will be fully refunded if there's no damages in the house
3-There will be a charge of $700 extra for any special event and that has to be pre-approved by the host to get the blessings from the neighbors.
4-there will be an extra charge equal to the gas consumption charge for the excessive use in case of heating the pool.
5- there will be an extra charge of $300 as a pet fees for each per to be deducted from the refundable 1500 security deposit.
