There are two parking spaces allowed per unit (one boat and one vehicle or two vehicles only). This ground level, waterfront unit has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It has a fully furnished kitchen and table seating for four. The master has a queen size bed and the front bedroom has two twin beds. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TV's with cable. WiFi internet is also included with the condo rental. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and a furnished back porch that gives you access to a spacious back yard right on the canal with a view of the lock and lake. The marina is steps away from the front door with all the extra tackle you could need, gas for your boat, and a boat slip just in case you wanted to leave the boat in the water. Here at Bass and Sun you get access to the heated pool, a full tennis court, and a basketball court. Within walking distance is Roland Martin's which has shopping and a full service restaurant.
