Comfortable Sweden house, bathing beach at the lake, entrance to Müritz National Park

Your holiday home for non-smokers is located above Lake Useriner. It is bright and pleasantly furnished and has all the amenities that contribute to a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is the light-flooded living / dining room with fireplace, seating area, dining table and open fully equipped kitchenette. This also includes a dishwasher. Large TV, radio, WiFi connection and telephone contribute to entertainment and communication. A bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet are on the same floor. In the attic designed as an open gallery, another bedroom with two single beds awaits you. Garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue invite you to relax on the south-facing terrace, which is protected by the vegetation.
The bicycles can easily be stored in the attached shed.
The holiday home has a parking space that borders directly on the holiday complex. The system can only be used for loading and unloading.
Pets are not allowed in the complex.
A playground with a sandpit and play equipment is available for children. The multifunctional and soccer field in the immediate vicinity can be used by young people and adults.
A large swimming area with a fine sandy beach is located below the holiday center. It has a flat bank that is also suitable for small children. There you will find a jetty for sunbathing, a bathing island and a water slide. Rowing boats, canoes and life jackets can be borrowed locally for a fee.

Schöne Ferien

kann man in diesem Häuschen wirklich erleben. Es ist klein (bietet Platz für 4 Personen) und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls wunderschön und bis zur Badestelle ist es nicht weit. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein kleiner Spielplatz. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Wir haben uns beide sehr wohl in dem Schwedenhaus gefühlt. Leider gibt es keinen Blick zum See. Gestört hat lediglich, dass der Strom extra abgerechnet wurde. Das ist doch sehr kleinlich! Er sollte bis zu einem bestimmten Umfang im Mietpreis inbegriffen sein.

Schöne Woche verbracht

Wir haben einen Urlaub mit Rädern gemacht. Perfekt. Überall Radwege. So konnten wir ausgiebig die Umgebung, die umliegenden Seen und Neustrelitz kennenlernen. In Kratzeburg gibt es einen netten kleinen Hofladen mit Café und einigen Tieren. Das Haus war in Ordnung für uns. Klein, aber praktisch.

Wir hatten einen schönen Entspannten Aufenthalt, alles hat gestimmt, ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Stromverbrauch + Strompreise im Vorfeld transparenter kommuniziert werden. Aber insgesamt alles gut!

Das Haus ist ein einer Ferienwohnanlage von baugleichen Schwedenhäusern. Die Lage ist eher ruhig. Haus und Landschaft sind sehr idyllisch. Am sehr sauberen See kann man Baden, es ist aber sicher kein klassischer Badesee - relativ schmaler Zugang zum See zwischen Schilfgürtel. Empfehlung für Leute die die Gegend erkunden wolllen, ob mit Fahrrad, Kayak oder Auto und eine nette Homebase benötigen. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie bot das Haus ein sehr gutes Paket (Terrasse, Grill, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, TV/Radio, Badezimmer).

Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer reizvoll Landschaft

Die Ferienanlage war sehr ruhig, mit dem See in unmittelbarer Nähe in einer wirklich reizvollen Landschft, die zu ausgedehnten Fahrradtouren mit dem guten Radwegenetz durch die Waldlanschaft und vorbei an den kleinen Seen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Das Ferienhaus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, es war aber sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir können das mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Besucherkatze und Kamin

Ein Ort zum Erholen und Ausspannen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem "Feriendorf". Insgesamt war es schön ruhig. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Zu Fuß und mit Fahrrad kann man sehr gut die Natur von dort aus erlaufen/-fahren. In der Nähe gibt es für Kinder einen Spiel- und Bolzplatz und natürlich den See ;)

Idyllisch und erholsam

Das Haus ist niedlich und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Die einzige Beanstandung sind die Stromkosten. Die Elektroheizungen fressen sehr viel Strom. Das sind erhebliche Extrakosten, auf die man sich zusätzlich einstellen muss.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Holz und eine eben solche Terrasse mit breiten Regendach! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die unwahrscheinlich steile Treppe nach oben welche beim Absteigen mit äußerster Vorsicht zu benutzen ist!

ein schönes Haus

Das Haus war super, aber es muß mal was an der Küchenzeile gemacht werden. Es roch auch nach Fritierfett da müßte mal die Abzugshaube sauber gemacht werden!! Der Urlaub war aber sehr schön und erholsam hier, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder her. Eine Anmerkung zum Parken: der Parkplatz ist ein wenig eng!

Kurzurlaub im April

Unsere Erwartungen an das Ferienhaus wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage bietet vieles, was von einem Urlaub in Mecklenburg erwartet, sowohl für den aktiven Urlauber als auch für die, die es lieber ruhiger angehen lassen wollen. Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Ideal auch für Kinder. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Angenehm für kühlere Herbsttage ist der Holzofen.
