The villa, surrounded by a park with shrub and rose garden, located in a quiet central location. Spa, leisure center and a large children's playground are minutes walk easily accessible in approx. 5 The Cistercian monastery, the most important part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site 'Rammelsberg ore mines, old town of Goslar and Upper Harz Water Management', with its impressive modern museum is located just 10 minutes walk from the villa Brothage away.

The very comfortable modern apartments (Non smoking) are characterized by a high-quality ambience.

On arrival you will receive 1 bottle of sparkling wine and 1 bottle of water!

The park with hundred year old trees and a pond was created based on the ideas of the landscape architect Rudolf Ehlgötz in the 30s of the last century. In addition to the historic park invite the redesigned shrub and rose garden and the orchard to sit down and relax. Generous seating with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue expand in warm weather the offer of the apartments.

The apartments each have a parking space and a lockable garaging for bicycles or Ski.

The mystical landscape of the Harz offers extensive opportunities for leisure and sports activities as well as for culture and recreation. To be found close to biking and hiking trails, ski trails, fishing and swimming ponds, water parks and golf courses, equestrian facilities. But also cultural and art lovers come to museums and castles on their enjoyment. Popular attractions are also the numerous caves of the unique karst landscape.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, traumhafter Garten

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit 2 Kindern, 3 und 7 Jahre, dort. Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber, gut aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei & sind von einer entsprechend guten Qualität, Markengeräte, kein Billigzeug. Die Raumhöhe, der tolle Parkettboden und die schön verzierten Wandschränke in den Schlafzimmern, machen den Charme der Wohnung aus. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, einzig eine Mikrowelle fehlt, gerade wenn man für die Kinder schnell etwas aufwärmen möchte. Aber mit Töpfen und Backofen haben wir uns schnell gut darauf eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leckere Äpfel aus dem eigenen Garten gab es als Begrüßung. Apropos Garten. Der ist ein Traum. Sowohl für Ruhesuchende, als auch für Kinder absolut geeignet, Kleinkinder allerdings wegen des Teichs nur unter Aufsicht. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und die Kastanien wurden mit Begeisterung gesammelt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Vielen Dank!

Besonderes Haus mit Charme und Geschichte

Die Villa Brodthage ist von ihren Besitzern in ein wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil mit perfekten Ferienwohnungen verwandelt worden. Der dazughörige Park lädt zum Lesen, Sonnen und Spielen ein. Sehr nette Vermieter, immer ein offenes Ohr, sehr zuvorkommend und gute Tipps zu lokalen Restaurants. Kurze Wege zu den Schönheiten des Südharzes. Trotz regnerischem Wetter ein besonders schöner Urlaub.

Große Wohnung in ruhigem Ort

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Herbsturlaub zu viert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut eingerichtet. Modern, komfortabel und trotzdem gemütlich. Zwei (!) Balkone und ein riesiger Garten/Park direkt am Haus. Wandern kann man von der Haustür los. Und Walkenried ist ruhig, hat aber doch alles, was man braucht (Bäcker, ein paar Restaurants, Bahnhof, Tankstelle, Frisör, ...) Wir kommen nochmal, wenn das Wetter besser ist!

Großzügig in historischer Villa

Die Wohnung (122 qm) mit zwei Balkonen ist für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Der historische Bezug zu Walkenried macht die Villa besonders interessant. Die Einrichtung ist zeitlos modern und harmonisiert mit den historischen Einbauschränken. Der parkähnliche Garten mit altem Baumbestand reizt zum Verweilen und rundet geradezu den Südharz ab. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Ferienobjekt.

Buitengewone lokatie

Wat een ruimte! De ontvangst was hartelijk, we kregen ondanks Corona toch een rondleiding. Het enige minpuntje was de vloer, die kraakte behoorlijk. Als het mooi weer is, kun je hier je hart ophalen, want ze hebben enorme tuin met parkje beneden. Prachtig appartement in een leuk dorpje. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in Harz en Walkenried.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Wir haben eine Woche in der FeWo verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet, der zugehörige Park ist ein wahres Highlight. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls herausragend.

2 fantastische weken

De vakantie woning is zeer ruim en compleet. De tuin is reuzachtig en heerlijk, ook voor onze kinderen (7 en 9), de woning is zeer compleet en ondanks de hittegolf niet te warm. We konden op de balkons zitten en eten. Elke ochtend haalden we verse broodjes bij de bakker (10 min.) In de omgeving is binnen een uur rijden heel veel te zien (Goslar, Wernigerode, Stolberg, etc) en te doen (klimmen, rodelen, grotten bezoeken). Walkenried zelf is klein, maar heeft een supermarkt, bakker en restaurant. Dichtbij ligt het wat grotere Sachsa met meer winkels en zwemparadijs.

Wohlfühl-Oase mit Stil

Sehr schöne große helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Highlight ist der parkähnliche Garten, aber auch die Inneneinrichtung mit den stilvollen Einbauschränken. Die Lage hat uns gefallen, insbesondere die schöne Auswahl an fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants. Bei Bedarf liefert der Italiener auch direkt in die Ferienwohnung. Mehrere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Ganz neben dem spektakulären Feuerwerk in dem doch überschaubaren Ort war auch alles andere einfach perfekt. Wir haben die große Wohnung gebucht mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind, es war Platz im Überfluss, die Aufteilung der Zimmer sowie Ausstattung und Sauberkeit einfach perfekt! Sehr angenehm waren auch die überaus freundlichen Vermieter. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr stilvolle, schöne große, ruhig Ferienwohnung in einer Villa im Bauhaus-Stil.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Fotos im Internet geben nicht wieder, dass es eine sehr originale Villa im Bauhaus-Stil ist. Sie ist im hervorragenden Zustand und wer ein wenig Architektur-Wissen hat, wird die Details wie Einbauschränke und Badeinrichtung noch mehr genießen. Die beiden Terassen lassen viel Licht in Wohnzimmer und Küche. Die Einrichtung ist super vollständig. Also eine ideale Wohnung für viele Aktivitäten, auch bei schlechten Wetter genügend Platz zum Relaxen.
