Fully equipped luxury apartment with private balcony and ocean view. Steps to the beach, pool and hot tub. Minutes to the center of Cabarete. Short walk to the supermarket. Great for short and long term stays. Private, gated development with plenty of parking and 24/7 security. Back up generator, strong reliable wifi connnection, California closets and modern appliances. Laundry in unit. Hosts and staff live onsite. Quiet, safe location with great views and uncrowded beach
Condominium unit is fully equipped with kitchenware including cookware. Toaster, coffee pot, flat screen smart TV with cable, high speed wifi. Air conditioner is modern unit. Queen sized bed in the bedroom plus the sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed as well. Wall tiles/wainscoting are reclaimed fossilized coral reef from a local quarry.
Professional management company and staff onsite 24/7. Maid service is available once per week at no extra charge but can be arranged as often as you would like.
Plenty of free parking available onsite as soon as you pull through the front gate. The main road, RT 5, is right past the front gate. Taxis and mini-buses drive by every minute or so.
New Whirlpool 12kg high efficiency washing machine in unit. Monthly or longer duration renters must cover electricity costs.
Cabarete is a vibrant, wonderful beach town with a great local population as well as a large expat community. It is often called the water sports capital of the Caribbean. The beautiful El Choco y Las Cuevas National Park is a 9 minute drive away. The town center is even closer and has great shops, restaurants, art galleries, a museum and more. Supermarket is a short walk away. The quality of life here is great yet the cost of living is remarkably inexpensive. It is a nice place to visit and many one-time tourists have made Cabarete their permanent home.

Having the management office right next door was very helpful. Great quiet property if looking to relax, amazing long stretch of empty beach for long walks. Walkable to center of Cabarete if desired.Good option.

Great stay

This rental was exceptional. The amenities were ample with enough towels, pots and pans, glasses etc. The view was excellent with property that is well manicured and secure. The owner was very obliging ( we needed a microwave and received it the next day.) He also responded quickly with answers for us and was one of the better owners we have been in contact with. All in all, a relaxing stay

A nice time by the sea

The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The supermarket and the restaurants on the beach in Cabarete are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. A lovely walk along the beach. We found our stay very nice and have already stayed in this complex for the second time.

This is a bit of a surprise. The guest checked in, requested a spare key for the unit and new batteries for the safe, which were both quickly provided. He had several friends over during his stay, had the front door open most of the day and played music on the radio the entire time. Music was at a reasonable volume, so no issues. The guest never asked for anything else and seemed like he was enjoying his stay. The guest mentioned that he owned a restaurant in the US and was watching his employees remotely while in the Dominican Republic. He checked out early in the morning on the last day of his stay and never made any complaints to me or the property managers. He also did not leave any comments on his review, so it is both a surprise and a mystery to me why he left a 2 out of 5 star rating for his stay. We have free onsite parking in a guarded lot, 24 hour security patrols, complimentary maid service once per week and an onsite management office which can provide any assistance a guest may need. The only thing I can think of is that it is possible that one of the several people he invited over was not declared to the management company and the security guards may not have allowed them on the property immediately. This is a saftey precaution that security will not grant access to individuals who are not on the guest list. Security is also familiar with local criminals and troublemakers and reserves the right to refuse property access to anyone who poses a safety threat.
