Welcome to the Villages of Five Points! Full of windows, this townhouse is beaming with LOTS of natural sunlight. As you enter the 1st floor you'll find open floor plan with living and dining room space which flows nicely into spacious kitchen. The 2nd floor presents two bedrooms, large 2nd floor living room with gas fireplace and full bathroom. Heading up to the 3rd floor you'll find a small foyer area with 2 closets. On rear side of the house is the master bedroom and the front side is another bedroom. The bathroom on this level has shower and tub/shower combo with dual vanity sinks. Best part of this unit are the amazing views of the pond and fountain directly out front.

VILLAGES OF FIVE POINTS COMMUNITY: Use of community amenities is included with rental (2) Swimming pools, (6) Tennis Courts, (6) Pickleball courts, Community Center, and a 2-mile paved walking/biking trail. Rail-to-Trail bike path, easily accessible from existing walking/biking trail, leads directly to Downtown Lewes. Three restaurants (Fish On, Ocean Grill, Arena's Cafe), La Baguette bakery, hair salons, grocery store, a bank, and a CVS, all located right in the heart of the Village of Five Points community! Don't feel like driving? There's a bus stop on North Village Main Blvd that can take you to the Outlets, Rehoboth Beach and many other beach destinations! Located East of Rt 1 just minutes to Historic Downton Lewes, Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.
LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival. The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following: TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12 SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds. BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property. NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Very clean & comfy, plenty of room for us to spread out & have our own space but come back together as one on first floor for quality time. Location convenient to pool, bike trail, beach & restaurants.
We loved our stay at this property! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and any questions we had Carl was quick to address. We would stay here again and we love the five points neighborhood and pool access as well.
We are 2 families that come to Lewes every year. We love this house. It is the perfect size for us and we love the convenience of being near the store and the bike trail.
The property was so very clean and the rooms were exactly as pictured. Would recommend to any family. We all enjoyed our stay and that you could walk to many stores and restaurants.
It is a great spot, especially if you wanted easy access to roll-out-of-bed pond fishing :) The property is lovely, clearly a new rental. It is worth noting for that reason that it is very light on spices and there is no grill (we did not check when we rented that it was there, an oversight on our part). That would be my main suggestion--add that grill :)
Otherwise, it was lovely, and we are so grateful for the chance to stay!
This was our second time renting this property. I cannot say enough great things about it. The neighborhood itself is wonderful. There is a walking path around the neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We spent a good amount of time at the pool. Not a far drive to the beach or Rehoboth. There was plenty of space in the house, so that we were all able to enjoy game nights or everyone have their own space to relax. Can’t wait to come back next year!
We have stayed in Five Points several times and we love the community for the amenities and the easy access to the bike trail and to downtown Lewes and the beaches. This property is really close to the pool and the tennis courts. It is quite spacious and the three floors gave us plenty of room to spread out. The furniture in the main living and dining area looked new and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of storage space. One thing to note-- there are a lot of stairs so if you are traveling with someone who has trouble with stairs, they will probably not want to plan on staying in the master suite which is on the third floor. We had great communication with the host and would definitely consider coming back again!
We loved our stay. The home provided plenty of space for everyone in our family. The neighborhood is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool is fantastic! The property manager responded to my questions prior to vacation in a timely manner.
This property is perfect for our family for the week. It is close to a grocery store, a walking/biking/running trail, a beautiful view of the pond, and only a short drive to several beaches.

It was the right size for us. We loved having access to the bike trail. It was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We also loved access to the pool, ample parking and proximity to grocery store. We would happily stay here again.
From beginning to end Carl made our family vacation very easy and relaxing. This was our first booking through VRBO and he was very patient and walked us through the process. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a beautiful home. The house surpassed our expectation and was a great fit for our family. The welcome guide provided necessary information for our stay. Carl went out of his way to return essential items we had mistakenly left upon check out. We will definitely be booking next years Lewes Beach vacation at this beach house with Carl.

Not a great stay
Upon our arrival, there was a dirty rag on the steps of the porch. Not a pleasant site to see for first impressions. The kitchen was barely cleaned, stove top and microwave were still dirty. The main floor toilet was loud and ran constantly. The second and third floor bathrooms were not cleaned and even had fences that still remained in the toilet. Totally disgusting!! The only positive thing was the location and the view of the fountain.

Hi All, I have submitted a formal dispute to VRBO regarding this review. VRBO has guidelines regarding renters attempt to extort a refund in exchange for not writing a bad review. I sent VRBO a 2 page formal letter outlining everything and 12 pages of backup information (text messages with photos) from this Husband and Wife duo.
Not only were there NO cleaning issues I went above and beyond to cater to them. I provided them a $50 gift card to local restaurant for any perceived cleaning issues they may think there was (even though there was not). They took the gift card and then on the night before check out (Friday) the husband texted me, "you have an opportunity to do the right thing. I am not going to ask." Threat #1. On Tuesday (3 days AFTER they left the unit) I received this text message from the Husband, "I told you that you have an opportunity to do the right thing, and you blew me off with a weather comment that was untrue. You saw the video and now the internet will know about your lack of diligence in renting a clean place." That was threat #2. I don't believe it would have mattered what I did for these renters. It reminds of my college days working in the restaurants in Lewes. Customers eat the entire meal except a couple bites and then ask to see the manager stating we didn't like it and want a refund. Not once did these renters call and complain to VRBO. These renters stayed the entire week EVEN asked if they could check out late on Saturday. If the place was so dirty and not cleaned as they claimed in the above review….then why did they not call VRBO? VRBO customer service would have asked for the photos and saw what I saw....NOTHING. I hope by disputing the review I can have it removed and these renters are banned from VRBO website. That way they can’t do this to someone else.
I will say that of all my experiences in all of the places I have stayed around the world I have never dealt with anyone as rude and as unwelcoming as the management of this property. From the beginning to the end this property manager was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Five points is the development that we wanted to stay in and had another property in this community been available I would have never have rented from him. The places itself was OK a bit dated but, no gas grill... and note that VRBO tells you check out is 11 but it gets changes to 10am. Dealing with management just is not worth it, it really made our vacation stressful.

Thank you VRBO for allowing a response back to this review. I've been managing summer rentals for 6 yrs. Worked with over 500 renters over those yrs. Never had someone call me rude for doing my job. Guess there’s a first for everything. Lets set the story straight. The only communication I had with this renter before move out day was move in day. I texted her the door code and wrote, "I hope you have a wonderful vacation. Thanks Carl" The renter responded back, "thank you very much." I left this renter a bottle of wine and thank you note on the kitchen counter. The real reason I'm being called rude is this renter did not get out of the unit at 10AM. Which is stated on the weekly rental agreement, House Info Guide & we emailed her the Checkout list on Friday. It states 10AM right at the top. While doing my walk thru one of her guests re-entered the house at 12:30PM. I asked her if she was the person in charge. She stated, "no that person is at the pool.” I stated, “you may want to go get her because she going to be backed charged for items not completed in this house.” 1)Kitchen refrig was not emptied 2)trash all over kitchen & not taken out 3) beds were not made 4) dishwasher was not emptied. 5) they left cloths on the couches 6)there were bagels still in the toaster! This renter was mad because she had to come back to the house from the pool (which she wasn’t supposed to be at) and complete the “VERY SIMPLE” items we ask ALL renters. We have VERY limited time in between rentals. By them not getting out on time and not doing anything on our check out list. It threw my cleaning crew off and only makes it harder on us. So I ask, do rude people send text messages stating, “I hope you have a wonderful vacation.” And leave bottles of wine w/ thank you notes?
