I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. The rooms are very large, the staff is attentive and courteous and the hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a bit outdated.
Spent a quiet romantic evening there. Host was super courteous, helpful, and professional. Room was as described, clean, bed and pillows were really soft and up to par.

Newly updated and large room. Breakfast not great but otherwise wonderful property.
The property is happy, clean, well maintained and decorated in an upbeat deco-revival style that was up-to-date and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and relaxed. I have nothing but good things to say and am so pleased we stayed here.
A very comfortable, spacious room with nice extras eg the small fridge, and coffee in the lobby. The valet parking was quick, but the need for it and the price ($18/nt) was not included in the listing.
Would stay again.
Great location, very clean room. The only issues we’re with the installation of the toilet (not leveled or secured tightly when installed). Both hot and cold water supply handles were very loose, hex nuts not tightened sufficiently when installed. Only stayed for the night so we informed the manager upon checkout.
Your online listing just calls it "Great Neck". The actual name of the hotel is "Inn at Great Neck"...there is a big difference here. Please fix.

The valet people was so rude I decided to lool at the toom and leave. Never been to a place so inconvenient and no directions. They want customer to drive in the first entrance from the opposite lane against traffic without an enter sign so i made a left turn into the first entance with the traffic. When i proceed to ck in the rude valet charge in to tell me im blocking traffic. I ck in to look at the room but was so anger I LEFT WHILE DOING SO I WAS STILL GETTING LIP SERVICE FROM THEM.
STAY AWAY!
