The farm is composed of 3 independent apartments (the apartment "le Cerf" for 14 people: 260m2, "La Biche" for 6 people: 85m2 and "Le Faon" for 4 people: 70m2)

If you rent the CERF, it is rare for the other two units to be occupied by other tenants

The apartment "LE CERF" has:
On the ground floor, there is a double entrance, the living space with a dining room, an open kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV (Netflix access) and billiard room.
A separate toilet with washing machine and dryer
A first bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom (walk-in shower and two sinks)

Upstairs, you will find the entire sleeping area as well as two independent bathrooms (walk-in shower + sink) and a separate toilet. A fourth bathroom is in the master suite (whirlpool bath + sink)
You have three bedrooms with 160x200 beds in each of them, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds and the master suite with a 140x190 bed + two 90x200 beds

The electricity consumption of the gîte is included in the rental price, however, it does not have a connection for electric and hybrid cars. It is therefore forbidden to plug in by any means whatsoever in the rental to recharge the vehicles.
An electric terminal is located 300 metres from the cottage, near the village hall.

Close to the lakes (of Longemer, Gérardmer, Retournemer) and the Vosges ridges, 5 minutes from Gérardmer, come and relax in our warm apartment. Located 1km from the small shops of the village (bakery, butcher/caterer, tobacconist/press, post office). 3 minutes from the ski slopes of "Poli", family resort, and 10 minutes from the resorts of La Mauselaine or Bresse.
