A charming little house located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 adult-sized single beds). Each bedroom has shelves for storing your personal belongings. There is a kitchen with an open-concept living area and a bathroom. A private garden is available where you can safely park your vehicle.
The house is ideally located near various tourist attractions.
The property
The cottage is ideally situated between land and sea.
For the sea/ocean: You’ll be just 15 minutes from the entrance to the city of Vannes (a medieval town worth visiting!). It’s 20 minutes from the Morbihan Golf Course and therefore not far from the beaches. You’ll be able to easily explore the Quiberon Peninsula (surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, Belle-Île-en-Mer beach...) and the Rhyus Peninsula (Suscinio Castle, beaches...)...
Inland: You’ll be 20 minutes from Lac au Duc and the Brocéliande Forest (with many sites to visit). You’ll also be close to La Gacilly, home to its famous photography festival, Yves Rocher, and local artisans… Not far from the cottage is the village of Rochefort-en-Terre, voted France’s favourite village to visit year-round. Less than 10 minutes from the cottage, you’ll find all the amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, etc.) in a charming town worth visiting: Malestroit, situated along the Nantes–Brest Canal.
