Large country house renovated with care and taste to allow you beautiful moments of conviviality, up to 15 people (children, babies included and 12 adults maximum).

You will appreciate its living space of more than 80m2, bright and conducive to relaxation with direct access to the Indoor Swimming Pool Heated to 28 degrees all year round!

The games room and all these facilities will delight young and old alike: Table football, Arcade machine, Bar dartboard, Board Game Library, TV with a collection of DVDs, Wifi, Palet Vendéen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with its American Fridge, 5-burner Cooking Piano and 3 ovens, Dishwasher at height, Microwave, Filter and Nespresso coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle.

On the night side, you will have 4 bedrooms with double beds (two of 160x200 and two of 140x200), 1 dormitory with 2 bunk beds (beds in height limited to 50 kg), 1 single bed (90x190) and a 2-seater sofa bed.
A large shared bathroom with changing table and two bedrooms with their own private shower.
The swimming pool area also has its own bathroom with toilet.
A travel cot can be provided as well as a high chair.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) and the beds are made on arrival.
You will also have an 11 kilo washing machine, a 9 kilo tumble dryer, two hair dryers, an iron.

End-of-stay cleaning is NOT included, everything you need (equipment and cleaning products) is at your disposal to return the accommodation in the state of cleanliness in which you found it when you arrived.

Outside, it is an enclosed plot of about 1500 m2, with gate and car parking.
You can enjoy a large terrace with dining table, a Weber charcoal barbecue, a garden furniture area on another terrace, a petanque court and a wooden shuffleboard (balls and shuffleboards provided).

At the foot of the house there is an 8 km walking path for hiking or running through the countryside and vineyards. Also possible by bike and with a longer route just as pleasant.

Less than 10 minutes away, you will have all the local shops, a Leclerc Drive, an amusement park (Natural Parc) and a Zoo (La Boissiere du Dorée).
You will reach the Nantes highway loop in 15 minutes, Angers or the Puy du Fou in 50 minutes, the beaches (Pornic, St Brévin les Pins) in 1 hour.

The capacity of the cottage is strictly limited to 15 people: children, babies included and 12 adults maximum.
Parties are not allowed.
Non-smoking area and pets are not allowed.
Parking is not allowed on the lawn (parking available)
