Very nice stay
This home / room was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and sunrise each morning. All rooms were clean, including the balcony. The customer support via phone and front desk were prompt and kind. Between the 1 minute walk to the beach, 3 hot tubs, 2 pools, and lazy river, and the close vicinity to attractions this is somewhere I’d book again for sure.
Excellent location. Tony was very helpful and efficient in checking us in and through out our stay she helped in anyway she could. And all with a smile. Although this is 2 rooms, it is really a not setup for “living”. There is only the bare essentials. Nothing was in the kitchen except dishes, glasses and pots. Thus we did very little cooking. That was ok because we were only there for 2 weeks and there are great restaurants close.

We were glad that this location was pet friendly; however, the apt had outdated furniture, could have been cleaner and had a few minor repairs needed. The dog park next door was disgusting. I blame dog owners most of all, but I would think that the hotel or city would see to it that it was cleaned periodically.

Not the greatest.
The floor in 0304 wasn't very clean. The floor needed to be mopped clean. We couldn't walk around barefoot because of the dirt on the floor turning the bottoms of feet black with dirt. Also, the chair and the sofa/loveseat are incredibly uncomfortable. And, one of the chairs at the dining table has a broken leg. The bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory.

The place was friendly and I loved that your sweet fur babies are welcome. Unfortunately the only area that smelt clean was the bottom floor near the pool area. The hallways and the room lacked much to be desired. It’s was pretty gross. The unit reaked of urine and the chair and pillows for the couch where filthy. Not a place I would stay again, sorry. I have pics of the chair and pillows if needed

Could be 5 stars but wasn’t sadly
Let me say this condo could be 5 stars. View is amazing. When we walked in you could tell floors were filthy. Food was stuck on cabinets next to stove. Tables beside couch were sticky and had rings where drinks had sat. No cleaning supplies in condo so I purchased Clorox wipes and tried to clean floor. They were black after wiping. I didn’t notice till later there is only half a glass shower door. Nothing to keep water from coming out in floor. I complained numerous times to Vacasa with nothing done about the situation. Even the staff at Patricia grand ignored my request. Totally ruined what could have been a great few days away from home. Beware!

Travelled 12 hours and looked forward to a nice meal and relaxing sleep. No deal! This condo was filthy and we even received an early check in notice so there was plenty of time to clean. On the surface it looked presentable but the dog hair and heavier maintenance was disgusting. A decent vacuuming around the molding and corners would have done wonders. Pets are allowed with a nice pet area but the disgusting pet owners are leaving it full of their pets s———! Sad. We walked our pet but got out of there as quick as possible. Shame on you pet owners! At 1020pm after falling asleep a terrible drilling noise started. We called the front desk and they sent security up to check. It was coming from a utility closet next to the room on our 3rd floor. He said it might be a generator and left cause he did not have a key, he said, to the utility room. That noise went on/off til about midnight. I made a second call to the front desk and the snippy female told me she just came on duty and had no idea what I was talking about. Nice guest service😧we slept for about 5 hours til the noise started up shortly after 6 am. So much for the noise rules we have to follow. I cannot recommend this condo and hope to hear something back from them!! The wine in the restaurant was good. The location is fabulous. What a shame the rest wasn’t!

Would not stay again
From the moment we entered the room, we were hit in the face with disappointment. The kitchen floor was sticky and our shoes stuck to it. There was an odd smell also. We removed our shoes due to the stickiness and after being there for 30 mins, our white socks were black on the bottom. The closet door was broken and off the tracks which made using the closet impossible. But that was ok bc the floor and tracks were filthy. There was a breathe right strip holding the window curtain to the wal to prevent light from coming in. We touched it out bc we were only going to be in the room for short periods during our stay until the last day….fast forward to our last day, and there was construction being done under us so loudly that we could not speak to each other without yelling. Needless to say, we left a day early and just took the monetary loss on the chin because we could we couldn’t be there a minute longer. The staff did not seem to be concerned with our issues and said bye! We would not stay here again

Super clean. Wonderful view!
Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is there was a septic smell occasionally. Not horrible but definitely noticeable. But the beds were comfortable and AC was cold! Overall a 9 out of 10.

Overwhelming chemical cleaner smell
The room was clean, but the chemical smell made us gasp. We had to keep the balcony doors open to help air it out. The shower curtain rod was rusty. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator that we could fit on and ended up making multiple trips down the stairs with out luggage. We would not stay here again.

There was a constant sewage smell in the bathroom sometimes made worse by the fan being on. The hallways wreaked of garbage. The furniture was dated & stained. The kitchen faucet wasn’t connected to the counter & moved. Some wall plugs were loose & didn’t keep things plugged in. There were very few cooking pots & pans and they were dirty.
The only saving grace was the ocean. We spent most of our days there. The pool area would have been fine if there wasn’t a constant stench. Also, they advertise this as North Myrtle which it is not. It’s 25 miles from North Myrtle.

Excellent stay
It would be nitpicking to find negative aspects of our stay. The room was clean, with the only exception a (very slightly) dirty sink. We did not request additional cleaning service for the week, understanding that COVID protocols are still in effect for hotels.
All encounters with staff were positive experiences. From the front desk to the maintenance to random staff encounters in the hallways and elevators, all staff were friendly and willing to help.
Check in and check out were quick and thorough.
Facilities were maintained and enjoyable.
The Patricia Grand has become our go-to location for our Myrtle Beach vacations.

After wiping the counters down, the wipes were black and the toilet had something sticky on the seat. We had to place a sheet over the couch, it was very dirty and the room smelled really bad. I used lysol spray, but didn't take smell away. The air condition unit was nosy, so we did not sleep very well.
The room was clean. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and shows. Easy access to the beach. Room was quiet!

Perfect Beach Getaway
The condo was super clean! The bed was very comfy! Even though our room was on the side of the complex, we still had a great view of the ocean. This was our first time here in Myrtle Beach and it won’t be our last. We would definitely stay at the Patricia Grand again.
My husband and I were visiting our family for Christmas and this was a great place to bring our doggie! The staff was super nice and the food at the restaurant was very good. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby with sweet girls that are so happy to serve you. It was a wonderful Christmas! The only negative was the parking if you have a larger vehicle but we were able to work it out. Some of the furnishings in our unit were old and out dated but the view was amazing!!
