MAGNIFICENT 240M² HOUSE, REAL SPA, HEATED SWIMMING POOL IN 5500M² GROUNDS

Normandy house of 240m2 living room of 80m2, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, in a garden of 5500m2.
With REAL massage SPA (delivered in November 24) heated swimming pool from May to the end of September (8x4), 6 deckchairs, 2 "egg" armchairs, huge trampoline, swings, table tennis, hammock (in the forest).

The living room has a 165 cm large screen TV and a screen/overhead projector/soundbar for film nights (dvd player and 35 DVDs available)
Large sofas (420 and 230 cm) with 2 depths.
1 table football (René Pierre)
1 wood stove.

The 25 m² dining room has a table with extension that seats 12 people, crockery and glassware in a clearly sufficient quantity as you can see in the photos.

The kitchen with all appliances, various dishes, pots, utensils, thermomix robot

The 5 bedrooms all have large screen TVs and Treca Prince model beds

HOUSE RULES
Cleaning costs are not included, you have to plan 180€
Option of sheets/beds/towels 15€ per room.

DEPOSIT CHECK OF 1500€ TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL.

Strictly non-smoking house, non-compliance will result in the total loss of the deposit.
Smoking on the terrace is tolerated but each cigarette butt found will result in a deduction of 20 euros without discussion.
By evidence and in view of the fires that have occurred throughout France, it is strongly recommended not to smoke in the garden.


The TVs only work in wifi, we have fibre but like everything, a technical problem can happen, if a wifi failure not repairable during the stay occurs it will in no way be a subject of reimbursement or compensation because we are not responsible for the networks.


Parties are forbidden, it's a family home, certainly we are in the forest but there are also neighbors to respect.

We love animals but even though they are well behaved, nice and obviously clean we do not accept animals.
If you come with the house will not be open to you and you will lose the rental.
During school holidays 5 nights minimum
In July and August the house will be available for a minimum of one week.
Depending on this, it can be a reservation of only 2 nights during the school holidays with a 50% supplement.

In case of a public holiday Monday, the rental will start on Friday, i.e. 3 nights.

These strict rules allow those who do not want the smell of smoke and pets to be guaranteed to find what they are looking for by being convinced that smokers and pet owners will find a home that suits them.
