Previously ran as Autumn’s Loft art gallery, you can still purchase Autumn's exquisite scenic photographic metals straight off the walls. Walk a half mile to food, gas, hardware, nail salon, gym, and the award winning Priest Lake Golf Course. Enjoy pulling your snowmobile straight up to the front porch of Autumn's Lodge after accessing over 350 miles of groomed trails. Relax in front of the massive stone fireplace while reading one of the many locally written books about the area. Slip on your snowshoes or cross-country skis to enjoy the groomed trails across the road at the Priest Lake Memory Garden and Priest Lake Golf Course. In the summer, ride your bike 3 miles to Hill’s Resort and treat your family (or yourself) to an iced huckleberry bucket drink while the kid’s jump off the dock! Then walk north, up the beach to the Priest Lake Museum! Autumn's Lodge is full of history books for you to enjoy as well as a special Nell Shipman balcony. Step back in time and learn what and who shaped the lake!

MAIN FLOOR (Sleeps 6 Adults & 1/2 Kids on Futon):
Front Bedroom - One Queen Bed (Sleeps 2 Adults) and One Small Futon (Perfect for One Adult or Two Kids!)
Back Bedroom - One Queen Bed (Sleeps 2 Adults).
Great Room - I'd rather be photographing our local wildlife, but in 2012 we hung an award winning elk and a few years later my dad's elk mount. While transitioning from my art gallery to a lodge feel in 2021, we hung "The Griz"... my dad's super moose hide that looks like a grizzly bear! The Great Room has a smart TV for chilling on Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc. The leather couch pulls out to a queen bed (sleeps 2 adults).
Full Kitchen - Small but equipped with EVERYTHING... from coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, set of spices, ice maker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, gas oven & stove top, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Or BBQ with the provided propane on the grill outside.
Bathroom - Pedestal sink & toilet. Mirror, shelf, towel bar, TP holder, all made by dad on his Oscar's Tree Farm! He handmade all the doors in Autumn's Lodge as well!
Washer/Dryer Closet Area
Rustic Dining Nook - Yep my dad made this too!
Office Area - Connect to our very high speed internet and work while on vacation, or stream your favorite movie on multiple devices! Turn on Spotify and chill out to your fave music. The office area has large desk countertops for your laptop and monitors or use the guest computer. Comfortable office chair as well!

UPSTAIRS (Sleeps 4 Adults and 2 Kids):
Master Bedroom - One King Bed, Reading Area, Smart TV, USB Plugin Chargers In Side Tables. My favorite thing about this room... you can watch the shooting stars from bed!
Master Closet - Vanity Desk & Mirror, Infant's Pac & Play
Master Bathroom - Full bathroom with shower & tub, towels, coconut shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap/lotion.
Kids’ Bunk Bedroom - One Twin Bunk Bed and One Little Kid's Log Bunk (For Ages 2-5).
Library - Full of local history books and local authors, as well as the Priest Lake Visitor's Guide, Priest Lake Chamber of Commerce "This Week at the Lake" flyer, Current Year's Fishing Guide, kid's books and toys.
Nell Shipman Balcony - Enjoy learning about our local 1920s heroine, Nell Shipman! Silent screen actress as well as writer, director, producer, and animal activist... enjoy reading my write ups on this adventurous lady!

Outside:
Enjoy my mom's flower garden and dry rock creek. The purple "Louis' Iris" flowers have been passed around in our family for years! Photograph Monarch butterflies on the Coneflowers during summer as they arrive from down south. From the front porch watch Rufous hummingbirds as they come back each May, as well as visiting deer, birds, and the snowshoe hare rabbits that live under the garden shed. They turn white in the winter! Start an outdoor fire in the evening with S'Mores for the kids! Add on to your stay with a private art class for your party, or a mini family photo session! Choose from fused glass garden art/lightcatchers with local artist Randy Haa, watercolors with Gaye Oscarson, ink on tile with Autumn Kennedy, or acrylic on wood.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off wall heaters in master bath and master bedroom.
Turn off black remote to propane fireplace (located on right side of fireplace). Take it off the Velcro and point directly at fireplace.
If you adjusted room temperature… Turn white remote (on office wall) to Mitsubishi mini-split on wall above stairs… adjust to 67. Get right under mini split, point remote directly at mini split.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are not allowed inside unattended, nor tied up outside unattended. No cats or other pets allowed. Only dogs.
At checkout start dishwasher and dirty towels in washing machine. Strip beds and keeps each set of bedding in it's own pile near the washing machine.
Please make sure wall heaters upstairs and the downstairs remote fireplace are turned off when leaving or you may be charged for additional fees.

We had a wonderful time being with family while staying at Autumn’s Lodge. Ten of us felt at home and comfortable there. We enjoyed swimming at Hill’s and at Luby Bay. The Texas grandchildren loved swimming and fishing and a hike at Granite Falls. The bonus for all of us was of course being close to family who live nearby. The Lodge was lovely and welcoming and provided a convenient base for all our activities at the lake and in town.

Quiet cozy Priest Lake getaway!

The lodge is so beautiful and fits the location perfectly! There are so many personal touches and details where you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this a super comfy stay for guests. Great Visit to Priest Lake

We had a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable time at Autumn’s Lodge. There was plenty of room for us to park our boat trailer and truck. It was very clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Outside the lodge had a cute fire pit with plenty of loungers and chairs. Autumn is a great hostess. She responds fast and is very helpful with answering my questions. There is a home handbook with a lot of local information in it. We loved the artwork in the lodge and ended up buying a very unique piece. Thank you Autumn!

We rented Autumn's Lodge for a week and the location, size of lot and cabin were amazing! We had plenty of privacy, but were close to the highway, restaurants, resorts and boat launch. I would recommend this property.

Great place to stay

We rented this lodge for our family vacation. It was great that everyone had their own beds. It was such a great place that we found ourselves wanting to stay inside but we did venture outside to enjoy the fire pit and walked down to the school to let kids play before walking to the store for ice cream….

Stayed here for my best friend’s bachelor party weekend and it was a great stay. The property is close to many activities such as golfing, boating and evening entertainment. The one and only thing is that the kitchen is very small but had all the necessities.

Autumn's Lodge is a very nice place with several specialty items that give you a homey feel. The specialty items include log banister, Montana rock chimney, relaxing furniture, rock floor, wall photos of Priest Lake area, updated washer and dryer, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean and my family felt very comfortable staying at Autumn's Lodge. I would recommend this place for family's that want a relaxing place to stay with nice accents of the local area.

Creative Details Inside Autumn’s Lodge

The building has hand crafted beams with interesting one of a kind details. Reclaimed barn wood sheeting, an old door hanging up high on a wall, and old metal relics are some of the craft styled details. I enjoyed looking at the building and the fireplace!

We had a great time here. This house was a in a great location, clean and lots of room!

Definitely recommend for a large family. The only downside is the kitchen is pretty small. But lots of room and lots of bedding/sheets. Beach towels were available as well. Loved that they had a Keurig as well :) Would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful. Great furnishings, bedding, appliances and very clean. Only thing missing is lake access but Hills Resort is less than 5 minutes away. Had our adult children and one teenage grandchild. Wonderful family getaway.

Access to Everything

We loved the location of Autumn’s Lodge being close to the golf course, shopping and some great places to eat. We spent a lot of time in Coolin which is a very short drive away. The architecture of the Lodge is gorgeous, with plenty of room for several people. A little too warm for a fire this trip, but the outdoor fire pit is welcoming, as is the big front porch.

Great Lodge

Autumn's Lodge was a great experience. The only way for the property to be any better would have been if the lodge was directly on the lake. It was close to great food and less than 5 minutes from Priest Lake. The lodge itself was beautiful and well kept. The host was very responsive and everything about our stay was as smooth as we could hope. I hope that we get the chance to stay there again.

Beautiful and great location

Autumn was great to work with, always very responsive. They are both great people. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and I loved the way she had it decorated. It had everything we needed and it was close to Hills and Millie's where we were most of the time and close to the store. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Awesome lake trip

We came to play hard and we did. Awesome activities at the lake and the surrounding area. The property itself was great for my group. It says it can accommodate up to 13, but that would have to include toddlers or small children. It was perfect for my group of 6 adult size people and probably 3 more could stay comfortably. Very safe neighborhood. We were very comfortable and would love to come back!

I love crick fishin', huckleberry pickin', and driving old mountain roads. My dog Charlie B. and I used to run the Old Northern Inn Bed & Breakfast, the oldest building at Priest Lake. It is exciting that I now get to use my talents as a hostess as well as an artist, combining the two for fellow vacationers aka "Priest Lakers" to enjoy. Autumn's Lodge is the perfect fusion of two loves!

Why they chose this property

This building was built in 2008 and my parent's purchased it in 2011. I moved my existing art gallery, Autumn's Loft, into this fitting location to sell my scenic photography, my parent's rustic furnishings and over fifty other local artist's creations. Starting my business in 2003 in Priest River, Idaho, it was a bittersweet closing in 2020. ...Now after purchasing the building from my parents, I am re-opening it as Autumn's Lodge! We are still offering art classes to those staying at the Lodge, and I'm still creating my art on infused metals, available for purchase off the walls.
Autumn's Lodge is in a very CONVENIENT location, close to amenities, as well as the Priest Lake Elementary School 1/4 mile away. A quick walk north to basketball, kid's rock wall, and outside toys. Continue your walk north, to find the Tamrak gas station with local art, food, nail salon, hardware store, small gym, and Chimney Rock Cafe! Cross the Hwy to the Priest Lake Golf Course and Priest Lake Memory Gardens.
Autumn's Lodge has easy parking for large snowmobile and boat trailers, RVs, and multiple vehicles. Surrounded by trees, enjoy the local wildlife that comes right up to the front deck! Perry the squirrel and two snowshoe hare rabbits live at Autumn's Lodge, as well as visiting deer.

Book a Friends & Family art class for 6 or more people while you stay at Autumn's Lodge. Choose from watercolors, ink on tile, or acrylic on wood. Classes start at $30/per person.
