With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Would never come back

We did not enjoy the stay. We experienced bedbugs and the manager just said they never have that problem ever like I was lying. We left, basically forces to check out. It cost a lot of money of change of plans that could have been prevented. No compensation or apologies not any sympathy. Me and my daughter spent hours trying to book another hotel because we still had 4 days left to go on a vacation and every hotel check in is at 4pm. Not too mention, I was up all night scratching waiting for management to come in, only to never receive a call back. I felt like I had to stalk her coming in to tell the issue. Nothing was resolved.

Spend a week here. Loved the oceanfront room and stayed with my 3 kids and husband. Loved that there was a broom in room so we swept up all sand. Loved the extra pillows loved the breakfast Buffett, the free putt putt, water park. Loved the pools. Staff was friendly and great location. Loved everything. Will stay again.

Great Vacation spot

This was a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here. Two negatives the door was hard to shut in the bathroom and the railings on the balcony were not safe for my toddler, he could easily slip through.
