This spacious family friendly apartment you will have 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a small office desk and chair with a twin and full size bed.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables, lamps with USB ports for smart device changing and wall mounted 40” TV.
The third bedroom has queen size beds. It also give access to a office space with chair and desk a full closet with a baby pack and play, baby bath, bassinet and other toddler/baby toys, an iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms has ceiling fan and lamps with usb charging ports for smart devices and room darkening shades.

The kitchen is spacious with a dining table, toaster oven, all in one coffee, tea and latte maker, microwave, crockpot, full knife set, full cooking set pots and pans, stove with oven, a refrigerator and a full size pantry.

Coffee ( regular & decaf), Tea, creamers, sugar, sweeteners and bottled water are always in stock for our guests.

The dining room has a table and six chairs. There is also a pool table/ game table with cards, chess, Uno, Dominoes and a poker set.

The living room has wide open space, a sleeper sectional with a 65” wall mounted TV with streaming service. There is WiFi throughout the apartment.

There is a full bathroom with a bathtub.

There is a mud room at the back entrance next to the bathroom, at the front entrance there is a coat rack with bench and storage.

There is a indoor heated seating designated smoking area at the back entrance before entering the apartment. No smoking is allow inside the apartment.

cozy place in worcester

Holy Cross parent--stayed here family weekend. Close to school , easy parking ,cheaper and better than a hotel for large group. Will use again

Nice property

Clean, nice , quiet property. Neighborhood seemed sketchy at first, but was totally fine, felt safe. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby.

Family Visit for Graduation

We had a great time visiting for my niece's graduation. Lots of room for several family members. It was nice to have games to play between our outings. It was close to a lot of things to do. We were a little wary at night. Definitely a big difference in neighborhoods depending on the direction you went from the house.

A Lovely Stay

My teenage son and his baseball team were playing in a tournament in Worcester. This home nicely accommodated three teens and two moms. They enjoyed the foosball / pool table and all the card games provided. My son is particularly picky about where we stay and he said more than once how nice this place was. Whenever I had a question I messaged the owner and they always got right back to me. It's walking distance to some quaint restaurants and shopping.

This place worked well for our family with two teens! One teen was attending day camp at WPI. Meanwhile husband and other teen had remote work and classes. Both were able to find comfortable work spaces in the apartment. We walked to downtown Worcester for dinner most nights. We also went on day trips to Boston, Providence, and New Haven. The place was clean. The manager was responsive. We appreciated the provided snacks and coffee.

Nice Place

The area of the place is in the city itself. Was located near many places within driving distance. The inside was clean and comfortable. Beds are ok wish one of them would have been a little bigger. The room with the high bed needs better end tables to be able to reach things without rolling out of the bed. There was only one extra towel available to use.

OK response from the "rental office" who owns this...location was good and close to WooSox and downtown. I've stayed in better places...and some worse. Not well stocked kitchen/accessories etc. but if that's not what you need, this is fine. Coffee selection was a nice touch though.

Walkable location, parking varies

This place is in a good location and is very walkable to restaurants and the ballpark if you are able to walk. It is a hilly place and you need to be able to walk up and down slopes, but for us it was fine. The apartment was clean and the amenities were nice, including some snacks. It was comfortable for our stay. The vestibule constantly smelled of non-tobacco smoke, but it is a shared building and the odor does not permeate into the apartment. The parking is listed as ample, but I do not consider this ample parking. If you are from the Boston area it is probably considered ample, but if you are not from a big city you would probably not agree. It is street parking and as long as you are there before 5pm, then you can probably find parking near the building. If you arrive later in the evening or even late at night you will probably not be able to park legally near the property and since it is located on a hill, getting luggage etc. from a few streets away is somewhat annoying. If you have a large SUV it can be frustrating if you are not there early. The good news is that you can park and walk to many things if you do not have anything that keeps you from being able to walk. As far as the location, I thought it was fine, but it is a residential area in a city so if you are not used to that it might be a little intimidating. The neighborhood is on an incline so keep that in mind when planning. Many restaurants were not open after 9ish even on a game day so plan accordingly.

Great place to stay for comedy show at the DCU

We were able to access the restaurant and show within a few miles of the apartment. Myself and four siblings had plenty of room and especially liked the large dining/ game room provided.

Overall great stay ,but neighborhood can feel unwelcoming

Pretty much exactly like the listing says. Very clean and property manager was very easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early! Location was great in terms of distance to bars/restaurants but I’m not going to lie…pulling up to the property was a bit scary. Not the property manager’s fault, it’s just that if you’re not used to that kind of neighborhood, it could seem a little unwelcoming and a little sketchy. However, apartment was very secure with updated locks and we had no issues with parking on the street. However, wished there was private driveway to make guests feel more comfortable with that aspect. Overall, it was a great stay.

wedding visit with kids- great place!

Great space for family of 4 with everything clean, functional and comfortable. Appliances and tech devices perfect for our needs and easy to use. Would recommend this place for family of mixed ages. Not the best location for walking, but parking never a problem and close to a lot of great eating/drinking and highway

Great property! Very clean and spacious!

We stayed the weekend here with friends and this place did not disappoint, it very easily accommodated 6 adults. It was spacious and clean. The property owner was very helpful with recommendations. The Mezcal Tequila Cantina recommendation was amazing and located close to the apartment! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here to go to a concert in Worcester. It's definitely not the greatest location in the city but the apartment was super clean, bright, and very spacious. The communication was perfect leading up to our stay. We would stay again for sure.

Holy Cross Football Homecoming

This was our first stay in Worcester that was not in a hotel. We started out as a group of 5 with two children. At the last minute my brother and his wife decided to join us. The apartment owner quickly agreed to the change with a modest fee increase and our party was now 7. The apartment easily handled our crowd and everyone enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms and amenities. The kids played all the games provided by the owner and the adults frequently joined in. The apartment location was ideal for getting to Holy Cross and Worcester restaurants. We would recommend this property very much to anyone visiting Worcester.
