Book now to enjoy the terrific mountain views at this spacious, comfortable, well-furnished 3 bed, 3 bath WITH GARAGE condo. 3 day minimum rentals.
Welcome to our spacious townhouse in the beautiful Fraser River valley. Enter through the ground-floor GARAGE where you can pack and unpack out of the weather or offload and store bikes after a great ride. Walk up to the second floor where you will enjoy a Stunning View of Byer's Peak from the living area and Balcony. The Living area has comfortable seating, HDTV (Cable, Sonos speakers, DVD, FREE WI-FI), wood-burning fireplace (FREE firewood!) in 2-story rock wall, dining area (seats 8), and well-equipped kitchen (Fully-Stocked honor Pantry). Behind kitchen is a bunk room (sleeps 3) with another TV and NEW UPDATED bathroom. The third floor has the king bedroom with private NEW UPDATED bath and balcony, queen bedroom/loft with private NEW UPDATED bath, and laundry facilities. We also have a port-a-crib. The shared, year round pool, hot tubs, and sauna are a quick walk away (100 yards), along with racquetball, tennis, and pickle ball (in season), hoops, and workout area.
The town of Winter Park and downhill ski area are just a few miles away. This is a great spot for one family to stretch out, or for two families to spend great time together. No noise from upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
Recent upgrades include all new windows and doors (no drafts), new mattresses, remodeled bathrooms, new couch, and new 47-inch TV in the living room.
If you want ski-in/ski-out, this is not the place for you. But, if you want the full mountain experience accessible to you, you will love this condo and this location! Skiing is convenient to us, but so are many other things! Our living room and front balcony offer stunning views of Byers peak and sunsets. In the summer, take advantage of hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. If the weather is bad, work out in the Clubhouse where you can also enjoy a swim, a soak in the hot tub, or a game of racquetball. Sometimes there is almost too much to do. But if you want to do nothing, you can just sit back and enjoy the great view from two stories of windows in the living room in front of a crackling fire. Skiing opportunities abound at nearby Winter Park and Mary Jane. Cross country skiing is also excellent with back country trails nearby and groomed trails at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb Ranch. Spread out with one family, or have fun with two families.
You can leave your car behind when you go alpine skiing at Winter Park (6 miles away) or Mary Jane or go into Winter Park using the convenient shuttle bus that stops 50 yards from the townhouse. You will have access to the Clubhouse (1 block away) that has year-round outdoor swimming and hot tubs, fitness area, racquetball, and tennis (seasonal). There are many restaurants to enjoy in Winter Park and just down the hill in Fraser. Or take advantage of our fully outfitted kitchen with fully-stocked (honor--please restock what you use) pantry and condiments in the fridge. Groceries are available about a mile away, but you don't need to go there for flour or sugar. We have that, and more, stocked.
If you do not see dates open that you need, call or email us anyway. We may be able to modify the schedule to accommodate your needs.

The condo worked out very well for my family. Hosts have provided all the basic necessities along with some perks ( from the plastic sleds that were available to a booster seat to cooking spices). Instructions and directions were clear.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stay in a lot of home rentals. Not only were our hosts, accommodating and hospitable, their place is tremendous. Great location and views but also most appreciated was the quality of the beds, furniture, bathrooms, linens, etc. We could not have been happier during the week we spent and will certainly be hoping to stay here again on a future trip whether it be in the summer or during ski season.
We enjoyed our time very much. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Great location with the condo being close to the grocery store, shopping in town, and lots of hiking trails. Beautiful view of the sunset each night.
Great property! Plenty of room for our family. Loved Frazier, the proximity to the lakes and RMNP worked great for us. The owners were awesome to work with and are GREAT hosts! Next time we head for the mountains, we'll definitely book this home again!
We loved our stay here. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and well furnished. The rec center was a great bonus. Katie was easy to communicate with and a great host!
We had an excellent experience. Property is exactly as described. Owners were quick and easy to communicate with. Check in process was simple. The convenience of the garage was very nice with overnight snow! We hope to return!
This condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for my family of 4 adults and two teenagers. Just a few yards away from the Lift (free bus system for Winter Park) that took us to the ski resort, restaurants, and local shopping. Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend.
Great property in super location. Hosts were awesome and the property had tons of nice touches throughout. Really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, welcome snacks and wine, and the ability to use the clubhouse. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting an amazing getaway to the Winter Park area.
Wonderful week in Fraser. The condo was very clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and spacious. We have always enjoyed the accommodations at Meadowridge for pool, hot tub, and fitness access. This condo has wonderful views, the hosts are quick to respond, and the garage makes this so easy with gear.
Great location close to bike, hiking trails, breweries and grocery store. Most comfortable king bed. Liked having bathroom on each floor and garage to store our bikes.
The condo was well equipped. Every bedroom had a bathroom. The host has exceptional communication skills. The was very clean and organized. We loved that was a garage.

Springbreak 2019
Our family stayed here for springbreak and we really enjoyed it. We loved how it was so spacious and well kept. Another added benefit was the well stocked kitchen, plenty of utensils, pots and pans, etc. Loved how the master bedroom was away from the family room, since college kids tend to have different hours than their parents. Definitely would stay here again the next time we go to Winter Park!

Thank you for your nice comments. We strive to have a comfortable place for all to relax and enjoy their vacation. We are so glad you had a great week.
We could not have imagined a more picturesque view from our cozy VRBO.
The home it self was just perfect for our family of 6 adults. The amenities were great! I never imagined being nice and toasty in a hot tub while it was gently snowing. The entire stay was amazing! We would come back in a heart beat!
The hosts were very easy to communicate with as well and left us a sweet treat upon arrival!
Katie and Warren Day's condo was such a nice place to stay for our ski vacation. Everything is so organized in the kitchen and the condo just has a comfortable feel! This is our second year to stay at this condo and we would recommend it to anyone. I love having the garage to keep our car snow free and the drive to Winter Park Resort or to Granby is painless.

Mary Lee and her family have been terrific guests for us the past two years. We encourage others to try us out. Hopefully you too will want to repeat your visit.
What an amazing stay. Not only was this condo in a perfect location for our trip, but it was BY FAR the most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. Katie and Warren have created such a cozy atmosphere. All the Amenities are provided. From Moose at the back door to the bundles of cut firewood at the ready, this place has it all. If ever available in the future, it would be our first choice. You cannot go wrong. Thanks to Katie and Warren, you'll need for nothing!!

So glad you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome back anytime!
Everything was great! The owners had a variety of spices, cooking oils, sugar, coffee, filters, etc. They only ask that if you empty something to please replace it. The living room sofa was very comfortable as was the bed. We set up a couple of the provided fans (bedroom and living room) which kept the air circulating and the temp comfortable. Closing the shades during the day was very effective for keeping the temp in the house cool. We had days of 85 degrees and we were never hot.The washer and dryer are small but convenient. We used the shuttle to WP numerous times for a variety of reasons. Take a nice walk to WP, eat and take the shuttle back. Or take it to WP for the live music and don’t worry about parking. It was nice to park in the garage. The fitness center is a block away as is the shuttle stop. We’ve already rebooked for next year!
It was over the MLK weekend, which happened to be the location for an epic snowstorm which dropped 52 inches in the Winter Park area. So much snow fell that it impacted travel conditions. The owners were INCREDIBLY kind and gracious and worked with us to handle an additional day of accomodations due to the Berthoud Pass closure. The condo was beautiful, clean and more than enough space for a party of three adults and three kids. The Meadow Ridge location is ideal for proximity to slopes and the Town of Winter Park. The amenities offered by the Meadow Ridge community is only steps away.
We are very grateful to the kind owners and the the time we spent there during such a heavy storm weekend. Five stars!
Summers can be hit or miss for meadowridge, this year it was very hot (90’s) and the meadow mile road was under construction so it was very loud. This property faces afternoon sun which is probably absolutely wonderful in the winter but brutal if you get hot summer days like we did! The view was fabulous, The beds were comfy but the giant sofa was not. The garage was wonderful with plenty of hooks for gear. We have stayed in several condos over the years at meadowridge and I would say this is on par with the majority of them, it was just so very stifling in the condo in the evenings due to the heat gain from the hot days. This is probably a good winter rental!

So sorry you suffered the above average heat. We are adding tips and tricks to our welcome package to help folks keep the condo cool on hot days. average summer highs are below 80 degrees in Fraser, so you scored the unfortunate heat wave. Our apologies. Thanks for bringing it to our attention so we can help others adjust if it gets too hot.
About the host
Hosted by Warren and Katie Day
We are a family of 4 living in the Denver Area. Two older children and two way-beyond-school aged adults complete our family. We love to spend time outdoors and in the mountains, so Fraser is an ideal location for us.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy our townhouse in this location because it is convenient to so many things...outdoor activities and necessities. We are close to world-class skiing (alpine and cross country), tubing, hiking, fishing, and biking, to name a few. The grocery store is only a mile away and it is easy to buy all your grocery items on the way into the condo or to just run out for something. Swimming, indoor racket ball courts, and hot tubs are just a quick walk away.
What makes this property unique
We love having the fire going and watching the sunset with the Byers Peak view out the front window. It is very open around the condo, so it is fun to get out and take a walk in the 'neighborhood'. Some trail systems are very close, so it is easy to get out into the woods during winter and summer. We enjoy preparing and eating meals with friends and family on a cold winter's night, or a cool summer's night.
