With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Loved my stay

The resort is super nice, the staff is great! I love being ocean front. The pools and lazy river was so relaxing. The only thing that I was disappointed about was not having the hot tub working because I was really looking forward to it. Overall though I highly recommend the resort.

Very Good

The location was great! There was a few problems with the place the living room lamps both had switch broken had to plug one in to get light the other one next to the ocean would not work. Water pressure in shower was a little weak. Will be likely to stay again in the near future.

In need of some updates

The location was nice. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit upon arrival. The place could definitely use fresh paint. The washer was very noisy when ran and the dryer door was very rusted out. The kitchen cabinets were peeling and need replacing. Sadly the kitchen was not very well equiped for making meals. There was only 1 skillet and it was very scratched up. They had no baking sheets or pot holders in the unit. The beds were comfortable, but the box springs or something were extremely noisy when someone moved. If you are not too picky it was a good location right on the beach front.

Comfortable stay with an amazing view!

The condo was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We were there for two days, and the condo was in a great location for us to enjoy the beach and get to the convention center. What was good: - We were provided free breakfast! I wasn't expecting that. The restaurant was pretty good! - The view was pretty amazing! - There was plenty of room for us. - Coffee was provided in the condo. - Plenty of towels and pillows. What needed some help: - The water pressure was extremely weak. Expect to take a little longer in the shower. - The floors were cleaned with something similar to swiffer wet mop, it felt like there was a detergent film on the floor so I wore socks or slides. - The king bed wasn't very comfortable, I could feel the springs in some areas. - The washer/dryer is older and used. Expect it to make noises matching its condition. - The armchair... be careful sitting down!! The cushion is extremely thin, and there's a support bar going from the middle front to middle back. I sat down without caution and it hurt. If nothing else, please replace the armchair before someone else gets hurt!! - You have to check-in in-person, can't do it through the app. - The parking a little walk away. Make sure you unload and load in the temporary parking spaces! Overall, we enjoyed our time, the front desk was very pleasant, and the condo was in a great location. All our needs were met, and we had a great time. Despite the negatives I pointed out, I would pick this condo again.

Property staff were very friendly and nice. Room could’ve been cleaner at check in. Beds were really uncomfortable but that’s an opinion thing. For what I paid I thought property could’ve been taken care of a little better. Peeling veneer on kitchen cabinets and drawers. Sketchy power outlets. Otherwise we loved it and it was amazing to listen to the waves crashing on the shore as we drifted off to bed.

Great room amazing view

I got the two bedroom condo for my family. Probably the best deal out of all the hotels on the strip. A two bedroom to accommodate the kids with there own bathroom and the master bedroom that leads to the balcony with an outstanding front ocean view. The hotel provided activities to entertain their guest and the kids had free rental movies with up to date movies. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out but house keeping was unaware and came to our room early but they were very polite and understanding. All the employees are extremely nice and welcoming.

Furniture

The furniture was old used and needs to be updated. The sofa and chair was nothing but springs /wood when you set down on the furniture. Everything else was nice. Customer service excellent! Just the furniture was to old and worn out. Thanks

Great hotel!!!

The hotel was family friendly ! I loved it , my whole family did! Very accommodating, friendly, and clean! Very serviceable! The pool was great! Great oceanfront view and great space of condo! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and spacious and had all we needed! I will be back again!
