This large three story detached home sits on 1/3 acre only 200 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views. The Great Room with large modern kitchen, living and dining areas has 20 foot high Cypress ceilings and a large window wall providing a panoramic Gulf view.

Overlooking the Great Room is a sleeping loft with king bed and half bath topped by a cupola that provides abundant light.

The spacious main level Master Bedroom Suite with king bed has maple flooring, 9' high step ceiling and French Doors opening to the rear deck overlooking the Gulf and our private 20' x 40' Gunite pool. There is a hot tub off this bedroom. The Master Bath is enhanced by a two person whirlpool tub, double vessel sinks, private commode room, and a 5'x8' shower with 3 shower heads, 4 body sprays and a bench - fantastic!

Another master bedroom has a queen bed and private tiled bath with glass door shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and next to it a full bath with shower over tub.

The 850 sq ft lower level includes another huge master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, French doors leading to the patio and pool. There is a full bath with large tiled shower with bench. There is also a second kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, French Door refrigerator and wine frig, (no stove/oven). The cozy living area has a 57' HD TV, Wii, seating and a queen sleeper sofa. This level is perfect for Grandparents or those unable to climb stairs easily.

There is a custom geothermal central HVAC system for your comfort. The pool is surrounded by a brick patio. Under the deck the patio is shaded and perfect for relaxation. The rest of the yard is your own private sandbox. The kids love it! Please take care not to throw sand or shells in the pool, however! There is an outdoor shower on the patio. Just added a sand volleyball/badminton court!
