Beautiful

We had a lovely holiday. Supermarket and boulangerie are a five to ten minute drive away, towns like Deauville and Honfleur about half an hour. Friendly and helpful owners, also. The house is cosy and well equiped. We definitely recommend a stay here.

La maison manquait de propreté. Le bbq envore tres gras des bbqs précédents. toiles d'araignées aux

Bien dans l'ensemble. Mais le logement mériterait d'etre plus propre.

Impressions très mitigées

Très jolie maison annoncée pour 8 personnes. Exact en terme de couchages mais... Seulement 6 chaises autour de la table qui au passage n'est pas dans un endroit séparé mais dans le salon. Il nous a fallu chercher des chaises de jardin en nombre insuffisant également. Problème de télévision, cela peut arriver mais nous aurions aimé ne pas être considérés comme des has been ne sachant pas se servir d'une télécommande alors qu'il s'est avéré que la tête de la parabole était à changer, ce qui fut fait au 4ème jour. Et surtout il eut été de bon goût de préciser que la maison n'était pas accessible aux handicapés. Petites marches entres toutes les pièces et terrain en pente dont je n'ai pas pu profiter.

Nous sommes très étonnés - et tristes -de lire le commentaire de Nadine! Nous avons tout fait pour que la tv soit réparée au plus vite pendant le long weekend de l'Ascension; notre co hôte s'est déplacée après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses au téléphone, et a eu du mal à y accéder. Le réparateur de TV a accepté de venir un jour de fête(inespéré!) et a réglé le problème immédiatement. La plainte sur les chaises est simplement infondée. Quant aux marches dans la maison(1 petite marche entre la cuisine/ salle à manger et 1 autre entre le salon/ chambre), les photos sur le site sont très claires. Elle aurait pu aussi simplement poser la question avant de louer la maison. C'est la première fois que nous avons eu un constat aussi désagréable en 3 ans de location. L'exception ne fait que confirmer la règle; que nos hôtes sont de manière générale des gens charmants et contents de leur séjour.
