This is the bottom floor of the Pelicans House. A private ground floor entrance opens up into a cozy living/dining area. There are two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining area features a high top table with 4 chairs. There is also a spacious kitchen.
There is a bonus room off the kitchen furnished with a love seat that converts to a twin pullout. There is also a laundry room located off the foyer entry on the 1st floor.

Perfect Location in Fairhope

When visiting Fairhope there are two main attractions, the downtown area and the water. These rooms are located in between and within easy walking of both. The place is clean, comfortable and we will definitely use it again!

GREAT LOCATION

Great little bungalow in great location! Only ‘complaint’ I have is coffee pot didn’t fit maker so we couldn’t make coffee and the showers were horrible! Faucets about to come out of wall and terrible shower heads. But that didn’t ruin our stay at all!! Love Fairhope!

Cozy and comfortable

The unit was clean and very charming. There are a couple of details that could be attended to such as shades on the one bedroom window and the larger bathroom’s shower faucet and curtain rod were poorly installed, but overall it was comfortable and cozy.
