About this property

Beautiful updated home with new saltwater pool/lanai, and close to the beaches!

You won't be disappointed with this beautiful private pool home in Wellington Lakes, a prime location in South Fort Myers, FL. You will be just minutes away from Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach, and Sanibel Island! Close to many attractions such as Lakes Park, miniature golf, outlet malls, restaurants, water park, and shopping. Walking/biking paths located on the main streets outside the subdivision.

The home was recently renovated with many new updates/amenities including new furniture. Xfinity internet, and YouTube TV. Smart TV's to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. The brand new saltwater pool/lanai was finished in March 2022. There is a pool child fence available if needed. A beautiful paver patio expands to a heated saltwater pool, which includes a sun deck and LED lighting. The pool has solar heat, with electrical backup, to maintain the perfect temperature year round. A large lanai encompasses the entire pool/porch area with patio furniture to enjoy the warm Florida weather! An outdoor TV is mounted, so everyone can enjoy the outdoors without missing their favorite sporting event or TV show. There is a pool volleyball net and basketball hoop to enjoy.

The home has 3 Bedrooms plus a den (used as an office or sleeping room), great room and living room layout, new lanai screen and frame, freshly painted, new master bathroom and guest bathroom. Granite countertops throughout, along with natural wood floors. Also provided are beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and a utility wagon to carry everything to the beach or park . The home is 6.5 miles from Fort Myers Bridge, 6 miles from Bunche Beach, and 10 miles from the Sanibel Causeway. Lakes Park is about 2 miles away which has various attractions. Castle Golf is right next door to Lakes Park. Sanibel Outlets are less than 5 miles, and Miromar Outlets (much larger) is about 20 miles away. We have close access to Publix, Super Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.

Wonderful accomdation

We had a wonderful stay here. The main bedroom is fantastic with a walk in closet and a generous shower. The whole property is spacious and very well equipped there really is everything you need here for a great holiday. We can’t wait to return.

Magnificent Property with Every Amenity

Everyone in three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was roomy, comfortable, well maintained, and immaculate. The lanai area and salt water pool were terrific with loads of pool toys and floats and comfortable furniture. The kitchen had every item we could need for a prolonged stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and classy. We plan to stay here aagain.tem

Family home in great location

They thought of everything! Down to small appliances, plenty of towels, and even throw blankets. Tons of room so everyone can have their own space. Loved the pool (including volleyball and basketball)! Whole back outdoor space was wonderful, with a tv! You can watch the masters from the pool! Perfect for families! 10/10 will absolutely stay again!

Ideal for Kids

This home is ideal for sdults and kids with many options to play. Basketball game in garage, pool toys, puzzles, and board games. House has great mattresses, kitchen utensils, and towels. Everything we needed. Wonderful location for mini golf, stores, movies, and beaches. Due to hurrican the local beaches were not great so we went up to Naples which were only 30 minutes.

Great house!

We loved our week long stay here! The house layout was perfect, and we really enjoyed the patio/pool area. The child proof fence for the pool was the reason we booked the property and we’re so glad we did. Our twin 1 year olds had a blast in the pool and it was nice to enjoy the patio and not have to chase them around to make sure they were safe from the pool. We’ll definitely be renting again next time we’re in the area.

The house was great! Exactly as described and in a really good location. The pool and outdoor living space was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would absolutely rent again.

Great home with awesome pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in Andrea’s home! This home was welcoming, inviting, nicely decorated and extremely CLEAN! There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was amazing and our family used it everyday! The owner thought of everything you would need for a great vacation from the kitchen supplies to the beach gear to the nicely informative binder telling about the area. It’s a short drive to many beaches in the area too. We had a great family vacation and they kids are already asking to come back next year!
