Great stay in Pocancy

Thank you for welcoming us so well in your property. We were very impressed by the place, spacious space for all the family. Spa for the adults and swimming pool for the kids were very much appreciated. We were well welcome by the host who left a homemade rhubarb pie and a bottle of champagne for our stay 24 Nearest shop / boulangerie is 15 mins drive away

Relaxing stay in quiet hamlet

Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub. Great place for a relaxing stay with friends. Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French! Good location and plenty to see in the area

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Champagne und Orten wie Épernay. Rustikales authentisches Landhaus mit Poolspaß für Groß und Klein. Familien sind hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang von Madame Robert, obwohl wir früher als erwartet eintrafen. Wer keinen Luxus braucht, kann sich hier wohlfühlen.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in "ons" vakantiehuisje dat genoeg ruimte en faciliteiten bood voor een groot gezin met kleinkinderen van verschillende leeftijden. Wij werden vriendelijk en attentvol onthaald met als leuk welkom een zalige homemade appeltaart en een gekoelde fles goede champagne. Het is een fijne locatie om met kinderen naar toe te gaan. Ze zijn er veilig, hebben de ruimte, speelgoed en kunnen niet zomaar de straat op. We hebben zelfs kunnen genieten van de jacuzzi. Je hebt er alle privacy die je maar kan wensen. Zeer rustig dorpje. Men kan er zalig onthaasten. Het was een top weekend !

We werden welkom geheten met een heerlijke rabarber taart en een mooie fles champagne. Het huis is lekker ruim en alles is aanwezig. Vanuit Pocancy kan je heel goed de leuke plaatsen in de omgeving bezoeken. Champagne huizen bezoeken is natuurlijk een aanrader. Leuke week gehad.

Séjour d'une semaine avec enfants

Nous avons passé un bon séjour a pocancy et aux alentours. Proche de Reims et de chalon en champagne Nous avons apprécié les activités dans le secteur comme la ferme aux oiseaux exotiques, la cave aux coquillages... Le ballon d'Épernay. Petit bémol, les activités sont très cher. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sandrine avec sa délicieuse tarte et son champagne qui était excellent, nous l'avons savouré. Pour notre part, il manquait une chaise haute adapter et peut être revoir les jeux enfants car pour jouer dans les cailloux c'était compliqué (jeux avec roue) Concernant l'hygiène, peut être faire venir une entreprise de nettoyage ? Car il est vrai que la maison est grande et il est difficile de faire le nettoyage en un temps imparti. Pour la piscine, il manque un robot de nettoyage car la piscine était sale et nous avons pris du temps afin de pouvoir la nettoyer, il aurait fallu un robot pour le fond de la piscine, dommage. Pour conclure, je recommande ce gite pour le calme et les activités.

La maison était vraiment super. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine du sauna du beau temps du barbecue en seulement un week-end. Une super tarte à la Rhubarbe de la Part de Sandrine nous attendait à notre arrivée et une bouteille de champagne. Rien que ça! Merci pour tout on a vraiment passé un super moment dans la demeure

Un super gîte pour un séjour dans un cadre idéal. Spacieuse, très propre, cette maison typiquement Champenoise est parfaite, que vous soyez 2 ou 8. Situé dans un petit village calme, mais non loin d’Epernay ce qui facilite les ravitaillements. Un vrai havre de paix, sans vis à vis, où l’on a plaisir à rester toute la journée en maillot de bain et à passé de la piscine au jacuzzi… Et surtout, nous n’oublierons pas l’accueil et les petites attentions de Sandrine, qui reste facilement disponible en cas de besoin. bel endroit mais prestations non rendues

nous avions choisi le gite pour les prestations de bien être à savoir le jacuzzi. malheureusement ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas, quelle déception. dès lors que nous l'avons signalé à la propriétaire le dialogue a été rompu. nous avons du passer par Abritel pour un dédommagement qui a été négocié directement entre le propriétaire et la plateforme. c'est bien dommage car le gite est très bien, plutôt bien situé et bien aménagé. triste pour la jacuzzi et l'absence de cette prestation malgré l'annonce.

Oui cette prestation etait comprise dans la location. vraiment désolée pour le spa , une panne ne se prévoit pas. Il est tombé en panne a votre arrivée sinon je vous aurai prévenu . il a fallu en commander un autre car un 6 places n'est pas commun . Pour les nouveaux contrats, la location du spa sera un supplément afin d'éviter tous conflits et de pouvoir négocier un dédommagement . a ce jour le spa est de nouveau fonctionnel il a été changéà ce jour le 9 mai. A ce jour 9mai le spa est fonctionnel car il a été changé.

Tout pour etre bien!

Nous étions seulement quatre ( 2 manquant pour maladie) Il y avait largement la place pour tous. La cuisine est complète ! Si vous souhaitez profitez du jacuzzi dès votre arrivée, il vos mieux demander à la propriétaire de le mettre en route avant ! Les 2 salles de bains sont pratiques ainsi que la buanderie ! Je recommande chaudement cette locqtion aussi pour la tranquillité !
