This beautifully furnished villa will allow you plenty of room for privacy and space to spread out during your stay. With an open floor plan, the first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, half bath, and laundry room with a full capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen area has all of the necessities required to make delicious vacation meals, including a french door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, a full size range and oven, and a microwave; it also has a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! The dining room has plenty of space to enjoy those meals, with a large table that seats six people, and additional seating at the kitchen’s bar. At the end of the day, you can wind down and enjoy your favorite family movies in either the family or living room, both of which are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable seating options for all of your guests. The second and third floors offer three cozy bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, one with a king size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds and a double/double bunk with a built in USB port. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, which includes a king size bed and its own private bathroom!

When you must remain indoors, you’ll have unlimited modes of entertainment with access to a FiberOptic WiFi/Mesh Network, HDTVs in all of the rooms, and a DVD player. If you prefer to be outdoors, you can relax on the back patio on a sofa overlooking a well-maintained courtyard, barbeque a family meal on your private charcoal or gas grill, or take a dip in the complex’s swimming pool located just steps from the back patio. You can also spend the day at the beach, which is only 500 feet from the complex. If you want to be more active, a bike path crosses the front entrance of the villa and offers endless miles of biking, walking, or running, and bike rental is available within two blocks of the unit!

There is also no shortage of activities beyond the villa walls! A short drive can get you to many golf courses, Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, beach activities, antique shops, and an outlet mall. The villa is also conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, a grocery store, liquor store, movie theater, miniature golf courses, and Coligny Plaza.
