Is there anything better than spending your vacation right on the beach?

Our holiday apartment not only offers you a fantastic view over the Baltic Sea, it is also comfortable and fully equipped according to the needs of our holiday guests.

In the Maritim Hotel Travemünde in 32 Our apartment is on the first floor. The spacious living room was renovated in 2013. The bedroom and bathroom were extensively renovated in November 2016. In addition, a large 40 inch flat screen and free WiFi provide entertainment when the weather is not so good.

In the bedroom there is a box spring bed which offers you maximum sleeping comfort, as well as a large wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas, a large dining table for 4 people and a TV. A sofa has a sleeping function and offers 2 people enough comfort for a good night's sleep. After the renovation in November 2016, the shower room has a large wellness shower. In the small kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle.

For our very young guests we have a high chair and a travel cot ready for you in the apartment.

Both rooms have access to the large balcony. Here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea with lively shipping traffic.

Kurpark, shopping mile are only a few steps away.

You have the freedom of an apartment in the Maritim Residenz and can use the amenities of the hotel.

Restaurant 'Above the clouds' (35th floor), porter's lodge incl. Bread delivery service (manned 24 hours), underground parking space incl.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Blick von Balkon war unschlagbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

ich kann die Ferienwohnung leider nicht bewerten da sie nicht frei war und durch Überbuchung doppelt vergeben wurde.Leider hat man uns bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt, dass man die Ferienwohnung noch einmal bei Iske-Ferienimmobilien zusätzlich bestätigen muss, vielleicht können Sie die Gäste bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam machen. Wir haben von Iske-Ferienimmobilien eine andere Wohnung vermittelt bekommen, waren dann auch froh, das überhaupt in Travemünde noch etwas frei war. Etwas schade ist, das man sich auf die schöne Wohnung gefreut hatteaber wir sind dann woanders untergebracht worden worüber wir auch dankbar waren, daher gibt es leider keine Beurteilung für FeWo-direkt.Viele GrüßeSilvia Eiben

Aussicht Top, Einrichtung zum Teil Flopp

Vorweg das Gute, Aussicht grandios, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer entsprechen den Erwartungen, aber das Wohn- Esszimmer in keinster Weise. Das reicht in Summe dann für zwei Sterne. Der Flur in Laminat Eiche, im Wohn- / Essbereich in Buche. Die Essgruppe scheint von einem Möbeldiscounter zu sein und in einer weiteren Holzfarbe. Die Lampen sind ein bunter Mix aus Weiß, Messing und Glas im 80er Jahre Style. Der kleine Flatscreen, der seine besten Jahre gesehen hat, steht auf dem Lowboard und hat es nicht auf die Wand geschafft, gleichwohl dort alle Halterungen gut sichtbar angeschraubt waren. In der Ausstattungsliste wurde ein 40-Zoll Flatscreen versprochen. Die Krönung war allerdings die Couch, diese schien direkt vom Sperrmüll zu kommen. Die Couch war völlig verfleckt und verschossen. Wir waren nicht in der Lage uns darauf zu setzen. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei dieser Wohnung leider gar nicht.

Tolle Lage und traumhafter Blick

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen, vor allen Dingen den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnuing entsprach der Beschreibung. Jederzeit wieder! Etwas schwierig war die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Agenturm die am Samstag nur bis 14 Uhr geöffnet war.

Traumhafter Ausblick 😊

👍 Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftg, der Teppich im Wohnzimmer und die Fenster könnten eine Reinigung vertragen. Bad 🛁 ist top, im Bett wunderbar geschlafen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Zum Weiterempfehlen.

Einmalige Lage

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt! Direkt am Strand, besser geht es nicht. Die Aussicht von der 32. Etage ist beeindruckend. Das Haus an sich ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Uns hat es prima gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub in Travemünde

Unser Urlaub in Travemünde war eine gute Entscheidung. Eine Stadt und Umgebung in der es viel zu Entdecken gab. Viele Wanderwege und Rastmöglichkeiten laden auch zu dieser Jahreszeit zum Essen und Trinken. Dazu gehöhren auch die Strandpromenade und Fußgängerzone Die Sauberkeit in der Stadt ist kaum zu überbieten. Unsere FEWO war die große Überraschung . Groß, Hell und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine Aussicht aus dem 32.Stock die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die Stadt Travemünde ist eine reise Wert, wir kommen gerne wieder. M&M aus Schwedt

Fantastische Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist absolut spitze und hat Suchtpotential. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos. Die Lage ist super. Alles, was man braucht ist in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut darin aufhalten. Was allerdings ziemlich nervig war: von den 3 Aufzügen funktionierte die meiste Zeit nur einer. Bei 32 Etagen ist das auch in der Vorsaison recht anspruchsvoll. Das liegt ja aber nicht in der Macht des Vermieters.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung war ideal aufgeteilt und hat eine fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon im 32. Stock. Sie war sehr sauber und verfügte über eine sehr ansprechende Einrichtung. Das Bett war zudem äußerst bequem. Vom Bett aus war ebenfalls die tolle Aussicht zu genießen, wie auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Der Balkon erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite der Wohnung. Der Maritim Tower liegt selbst auch optimal, direkt am Strand. In wenigen 100 Metern an der Gastronomie an der Trave. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war einfach und effektiv. Ein tolles Urlaubsziel!

Top Lage und Ausblick. Wir kommen wieder

Kleine aber feine Wohnung, wo man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder. Rundum zufrieden sind wir gewesen.
