Relax and unwind in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering the comforts of home plus the resort amenities of Palmetto Dunes.

Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, loveseat, 65" flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. Living area opens to a large deck overlooking the lagoon--perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Full equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.

First-floor Primary Suite with king bed, 50" TV, Desk, Private access to the deck, and a newly renovated en-suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. The first floor also features a convenient powder room. Second floor features two twin beds and a 32" TV. Shared full bathroom with double sink vanity. The loft area includes a desk/workspace.

There is a choice of 5 community pools (closest is just a 2-minute walk). Two parking passes included per villa. Access to the Toptracer driving range at the Jones Course with 15 covered outdoor bays.

Located on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and close to several other courses, this villa is ideal for golf lovers and active families alike. Monday nights feature a FREE golf clinic, and guests enjoy FREE daily tennis or pickleball (2 hours, based on availability). (Lighting fees apply for evening play).

Enjoy an unforgettable Hilton Head vacation with activities for everyone--pickleball, tennis, kayaking, horseback riding, dolphin watching, and more. A FREE Dune Buggy shuttle provides convenient transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.

Shelter Cove Marina offers outstanding island boutique shopping, restaurants, art galleries, water sports, tours, kid's activities and weekly seasonal fireworks.

Enjoy lunch and/or dinner at the Dunes House. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Stop by for a delicious meal, a refreshing drink and stunning views of Hilton Head Island's best beach. Big Jim's is another great restaurant in Palmetto Dunes. Big Jim's is known for delicious hamburgers. For finer dining Alexander's is the place to go.
The General store is always a favorite for forgotten items and the kids love the soft ice cream machine.

This was a fabulous property for our girls’ weekend! We arrived to a great location for walking, biking, and court sports. Our host was promptly responsive when we asked a question and arrival/entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property itself is nicely and fully furnished with everything we may have needed for our stay. Note that there is a nice deck to enjoy breakfast or gathering to make dinner plans. We would choose this property again

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving week renting this home! The unit was well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and our kids loved having the upper floor all to themselves. Palmetto Dunes itself is beautiful, this was our 2nd visit and it once again did not disappoint. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time here! This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. Overall the house was tidy and it’s somehow even bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions. It was nice and quiet, but just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the pool, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Our family of five had a great time in this very well appointed and quiet property in the Palmetto Dunes resort at Hilton Head. It is close to everything and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The owners are very responsive and very nice people. This is a highly recommended property.

Amazing location and gorgeous condo!

Our family had the best time at the condo! The layout was perfect for my parents and young family. We had more than enough space and loved the proximity to the pool. Our favorite part was renting bikes and checking out the beach and dunes house! We hope to get back again next year.

We are always thinking of new things to make the space comfortable and well-equipped. The villa is in the middle of Hilton Head Island. The location makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities which Hilton Head offers.

Why they chose this property

I loved the location of the villa near the beautiful lagoon. It is so serene sitting on the deck and watching the wild life-turtles, bird, etc. Not only is it relaxing it is convenient to shopping, restaurant and numerous activities. One of the highlights that my children and now my grandchildren love is the General Store.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to Pickleball, Tennis and numerous restaurants. It also has a free van (Dunes Buggy), which takes you through Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.
