We loved the Hilton Hawaiian Village at Waikiki! So much to do and all within walking distance - downside was seating at the pool with the slides fill up quickly but everyone is super friendly in passing along their chairs when they leave. Beautiful clean beaches - tons of activities our kids and family loved. The 2 bedroom unit with kitchen was perfect and super comfortable beds!
This was our family's first trip to Hawaii. The check-in process for the Lagoon Tower was very quick and easy, no waits. I read a lot about the insanity at the main check-in location and was so glad we booked through here instead. We paid for a garden unit and was placed in an un-renovated corner unit on the 12th floor. We were totally fine with that since we had plenty of space and still had partial ocean views through the balconies. We could see the marina and faced the Ilikai building next door. The kids loved the lagoon as well the pool with the slides. However, water was super cold relative to the ocean. We were well prepared for crowds and lines and did not experience anywhere near the amount of awfulness that people complained about online. We even saw parts of the luau throughout the week. As a party of six that consisted of me, my husband, my mother in law, and our three kids ages 10, 7, and 3, we had a great time with plenty of space in the unit. Also, laundry is FREE and available on every floor (not in the unit itself, which was no big deal).
Location is perfect!
Lots of places to eat within walking distance
Shops are also within walking distance
I would definitely book again!
View of my room was also great.
Hilton Grand Vacation property was fabulous!
Beaches, pools, staff and this beautiful property was over the top and much more for just opening up from this world wide pandemic
This was perfect for our family of five. Right on the beach, the lagoon was great for kids (no waves), pool was also amazing and it had plenty of room to fit all of us with the two bedrooms! Adriana was wonderful and very timely getting back to me when I had questions! The place was great and just what we needed! Would love to go back!
Side note. I will say that the restaurants were all really busy on and around the property because of COVID (I’m assuming). We were not really affected because we had the kitchenette and weren’t really interested in going to dinner with our three young children. This was in no way a reflection of the property owner, this is just a friendly FYI for future travelers that might be expecting everything to be completely returned to normal since COVID. Again, we were very happy with Adriana and our stay!
This place was great, the view was beautiful. The rooms were bigger than I thought, my family had plenty of place, everything was clean. Would definitely stay again!
This is a beautiful property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great place to stay with family and friends or by yourself if you wanted to. Many amenities on the property. Everything you need so you don’t have to go anyone if you don’t want to. Would stay again.
We were so impressed by this space, it was so large! It fit our family of 5 (8,12 year old and 8 month old) perfectly! We loved the views, which overlooked the lu'au and the ocean.
Absolutely recommend for future stays!
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was seriously everything we hoped for. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and to top it off the view was amazing! We loved the welcoming, accommodating staff. They we very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. The beach was great. We would love to stay here again!
We have 5 kids this room was perfect. The sofa turned into a queen bed which was a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. And the location was perfect for restaurants and beaches and pools. Only down side was the pool that attracted us to the place was the only one closed. But that was the only down. Everything else I'd say 10 out of 10
