Nestled in the calm of its large garden overlooking the charming village of Anses d'Arlet, this contemporary villa of 230m², with its elegant and careful decoration, combines refinement and tropical authenticity. It offers a warm and friendly setting, a promise of a successful Creole getaway. You will be able to admire the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the hills surrounding the bay, comfortably seated on the covered terrace or take advantage of the sunbathing on the huge deck to share relaxing moments with family or friends around the pool and spa. And then, at the end of the day, you will be, for sure, conquered by the unforgettable Caribbean sunsets that you will contemplate while savoring a delicious local punch, installed under the carbet of the garden... Our villa, which can accommodate 10 people, has 5 air-conditioned rooms with shower rooms and toilets. Two of the rooms are located on the first floor of the villa, they have a magnificent four-poster bed and a beautiful terrace with a splendid sea view. The three other rooms are on the same level. They offer several sleeping possibilities with, for the first one, a queen size bed and for the two others, two beds 90x200cm each. Also on the same level, the large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room - with two large convertible sofas - form a spacious living room that opens onto the covered terrace, the deck, the pool and the outdoor bar.
