Beautiful two bedroom two full bath oceanfront unit at the Coconut Palms Beach Resort II. [https://coconutpalmsbeachresort.com/] This amazing beachfront property is located on the white sandy beaches of New Smyrna Beach. Please note decor in this unit was remodeled in 2021... photos posted in listing do not have current pictures after remodel.

The unit accommodates up to six guests and has sliders in living room and master bedroom that open up to private balconies overlooking the ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, if you feel like preparing a homestyle meal... or step out onto the property and grill at one of the BBQ grills. The building this unit is in does NOT have an elevator, unit is on 2nd floor.

Just steps away from the ocean or relax by one of the three pools on the property and order from the Tiki Bar. Coin Laundry and exercise room are on site. (Note: Tiki Bar and exercise room may have closures due to Covid 19 restrictions.)

You are a short walk to historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street, which is known for great restaurants, bars, as well as a variety of unique shops and boutiques. New Smyrna Beach is a popular surfing hub and there are also family friendly entertainment venues within walking distance, as well as watersport rentals locations. You are just a short drive from Daytona, Cape Canaveral, and Orlando.
