On the third floor overlooking Centennial Part and Venice Avenue, this charming condo is located on the historic Kentucky Military Institute (KMI) building. Numerous restaurants and shops are located within a five minute walk from your front door. 30 day minimum.

Cozy condo in the center of town with a beautiful pool, within walking distance of all Venice has to offer. Andrew and Sara were wonderful hosts!

Fabulous Little Venice Gem

The location is perfect. Close to Venice Beach, Pickleball courts, restaurants, shopping and an easy drive to Siesta Key and Sarasota. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying at this little gem again! Andrew and Sara are terrific hosts; they are just super.

Andrew & Sara's condo was fantastic! We rented the space for 3 months and loved our time there. The space was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Parking was easy and Andrew & Sara were a dream to work with. Thank you being wonderful VRBO hosts!

This place is perfect! I barely had to drive my car anywhere short of hitting the grocery store. I was able to ride my bike or walk to the the beach and everywhere else I wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Great location

Right downtown Venice and close to the beach. The neighbors were great making sure we knew how to use the keys, grill, reserved parking etc. Wonderful swimming pool. We had no "bad experiences" but any questions we had Andrew and Sara were quick to answer.

Perfect, on the island condo

Located near shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, great shower pressure. Small, well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Air conditioning was very good as well as quick, ample hot water for showers. Best part was the location - we walked to coffee most mornings and tried many of the restaurants on the strip. We’d definitely recommend this wonderful spacious 1-bed condo.

Living in Venice

We’ve been coming to Venice for a couple years and this unit popped up for Feb 2023. It is a perfect size for 2 people and very convenient to downtown, a block from the stores and restaurants. Only 15 minute walk to the beach. The people staying at KMI were friendly and helpful. Sitting at the pool was always enjoyable and it was heated. I highly recommend staying at KMI.

Excellent downtown location

I was lucky to find this property available when I made the decision to move to Venice; it was a great place to stay until my home was ready in April. This property is close to everything- all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the beach is also a short distance and great for evening walks. I was able to walk to the Venice Farmers market on Saturdays as well as ride my bike; as the Venice Island Loop bike trail is only a block away (and a great way to ride to Caspersen Beach). The property itself was immaculate, supplied with everything I needed and Sara and Andrew were perfect hosts! A great find!!!

Denna lägenhet låg mitt i historiska Venice, nära till allt. Du kan gå eller cykla till affärer, restauranger, tennis eller stränder. Lägenheten var fräsch och fint inredd, det fanns allt du behöver för en bra semester, t o m solstolar, kylväska mm. Värdparet var hjälpsamma och informerade om allt! Vi återvänder gärna!
