In the commune of Combrit, we offer this charming, south-facing 60 m² apartment in a house less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The home is composed as follows:
- 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom with double bed
- Mezzanine with pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

Exterior :
- Three small balconies (access from the bedroom, living room and dining area)
- An outdoor area with terrace on the first floor, with dining table and bench. A barbecue and parasol are also available to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Combrit, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
