The first part has an open lounge area overlooking the terrace with sofa and TV, an air-conditioned master suite equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with access to its private shower room and an air-conditioned mezzanine overlooking the lounge with two single beds.



The second part has a separate, very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, **Nespresso coffee machine**), an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a **queen size bed (160/200)**, a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, and a shared shower room.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a vast terrace partially shaded with its dining area and lounge to enjoy the plancha and ti punch all together in the evening. The salt water pool secured by a submerged alarm and its sun loungers await you for afternoons filled with relaxation. For added comfort, an outdoor shower awaits you after your swimming sessions.
