We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Rouen, this charming apartment of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 45 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofas including a sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, kitchen utensils, Senseo coffee machine....
- A laundry room with storage space.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bath and shower.

- A balcony of about 3 m² to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Rouen, in a very pleasant, calm and easily accessible environment in the city center. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Historic capital of Normandy, nicknamed the city of a hundred steeples, Rouen is an exciting city. With its extraordinary architectural and religious heritage, it is not surprising that it has been labeled a City of Art and History! It is a good idea to stroll through the picturesque old town, with its cobbled streets lined with old half-timbered houses. Your steps will lead you to discover extraordinary monuments such as the Notre-Dame cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic art built in the 12th century. It was built on the foundations of a 4th century building which still houses the bishopric and the tombs of the Dukes of Normandy. High of 151 meters, its spire is the highest in France!

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the parking lot of the residence (2 to 3 vehicles).
