This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Really great location.. condo was very clean and cute. King bed was really comfortable only thing was they put a queen size top sheet which was awkward.. also the pull out couch is NOT comfortable at all, the mattress is about and inch thick and desperately needs to be replaced. Everything else was too notch!

cute & clean with one gripe

Cute and clean, but there was an issue with the bedding- the pull-out bed in the couch was very uncomfortable and only offered a fitted and top sheet. There were no blankets, quilt or comforter. The king bed had a top sheet and thin blanket. Sunburns make you chilly, so please add some blankets for your guests! Otherwise, the accommodations were nice.

Cozy

We loved the decor and coziness of the condo. Our only complaint was the toilet, which stopped flushing on our first night. We went down to the front desk and were told that maintenance wasnt there and she didn't know what to do. She did assist us to the best of her ability. However, it happened again in the middle of the night. As promised, maintenance was sent that morning after a friendly warning call. My only other "complaint" was the limited number of towels and washcloths.
