🏢 The flat is a loft type on the ground floor, it consists of:
- a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, washing machine etc...). This room has a sofa bed and a nice TV,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
- Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a bedroom equipped with a bed and storage.

🙌 Don't worry, you won't be seen from the outside, the windows are tinted!

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas:
- 1 sofa bed 2 places in the living room
- a bedroom equipped with a double bed

👶 The flat is also ready to welcome the little ones it has:
-an umbrella bed
-a high chair

🚗 Parking is FREE on the street if you find space.


⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc...), storage, washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also allowed on all our booking platforms.

📍 This flat is ideally located in a quiet and residential area, you will find local shops, such as a tabac presse at the foot of the building, a bakery or even pizzas at 2 min walk.

🚌 Getting around:
Tramway E and C, "Vallier - Libération" station.
Tram C will be very useful to reach the university of Grenoble.
Tram E will be very useful to get to the city centre or the train station.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
