The bonus room downstairs was another great place to play games and watch TV. The location was well situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Highly recommend!!

Had a nice stay at this home which had ample room for 9 adults. Kitchen was well equipped and nice spot in the woods. We had a great hike nearby to the top of Observation Point via the Stave Spring Trail. Love the Zion area and hope to be back!

Property was perfect for couples as it has 4 master on suite bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked. Home is very clean and spacious. Separate large TV, arcade table and pool table area was so fun. Great house for a large family gathering. House was well stocked. The layout is great for hanging out and still having quiet bedrooms to retreat to. Zion private luxury home

We just had a few days to spend at Zion. I’m so glad we decided to forgo staying in town and chose this gorgeous private home. We weren’t far from the east entrance to the park, which I think cut down on the line into the park. The home had plenty of room and nothing was missing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit!!

Beautiful Home on the East Side of Zion --- The best side

This home is beautiful, clean and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. We loved being on east side of Zion which is less busy than the West side. Really enjoyed seeing the deer in the neighborhood and yard daily. Alex and Venessa were very helpful and quick to answer questions we had.

Very Nice house near East Zion Entrance

Great House and Very Responsive Owners. The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Location to Zion was great. Owners were responsive with all our questions before the trip and when there was an issue not due to the house but affecting us they immediately helped and updated us until it was resolved, I would highly recommend this house to my friends.

Perfect Place for Vacation

We loved our VRBO home selection! The owners Alex and Vanessa, went out of their way, beyond what I have ever seen with any other vacation home I have stayed in (which has been about 25+ homes), to make sure we had everything we need. The beds were very comfortable, the towels plush, the kitchen amenities abundant. The house was decorated beautifully and the furniture very comfortable. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 kids, ages almost 3, 5 and 8. We will definitely want to return one day.

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
