Chalet for 10 people (+2 extra beds), very recent with exceptional services.<br>Ski room in front of the chalet.<br>Free shuttle bus 50m away: No need to take your car to go skiing, the shuttle takes 5 minutes to drop you off at the next stop in front of the lifts, buy ski passes and ski equipment rental shop.<br><br>Superb view of the mountain, not overlooked - facing south - quiet.<br><br>The chalet is composed as follows:<br><br>Living room/upper floor (55m2): large living-dining room with open plan kitchen.<br><br>Equipment: 2 large fridges/freezers, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, raclette machines, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, WIFI)<br><br>Night/intermediate floor: Two double bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite (beds 180 and 160). Super host and accommodation

We had a great stay here! House was big enough for the 4 of us and had all the things we needed! Ski area is 2 minute drive by car so amazing if you want to enjoy nature and skiing in one!

D'abord un grand merci à Virginie pour la qualité de son accueil ainsi que pour sa disponibilité. Le chalet est très bien situé, très calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le chalet est bien conçu, chambres agréables. Un petit bémol avec le salon sale à manger, agréable, mais juste pour dix personnes.

Logement très agréable pour une semaine de ski à 7.Disponibilité tout le long du séjour de la personne qui nous a accueilli.La navette est facile d'accès à moins de 100m, très pratique pour rejoindre les pistes et facile à récupérer pour le retour.

Vacances ski en famille

Chalet très agréable pour famille , idéal pour 10, nous étions 12 les 3 derniers jours , il y a 4 chambres bien équipées et un « open Space » avec 2/3 couchages . L’arrêt ski bus à 50 m très appréciable . Seul point négatif : le manque de stationnement pour plusieurs voitures et absence de local à ski .. cela semble être un futur projet . Venant de Haute Savoie nous avons découvert une super station plus authentique et bien moins « bling bling .. à refaire .. et un grand merci à Virginie pour son accueil .. famille Cabanne

Excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable

Avons passé un super séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans un beau chalet spacieux et confortable. Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants. La navette à 50 m pour se rendre à la station était très pratique. De plus le soleil et la neige était au rendez vous. Vars est une belle station que je ne connaissais pas. Nous retournerions dans ce chalet avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour

Chalet très chaleureux, sur trois étages (escaliers un peu raides si vous avez des enfants), ce qui permet de séparer les espaces de vie et les chambres (3 chambres doubles, une chambre lits superposés, un dortoir). Chalet très bien équipé (manque juste un sèche-cheveux). La navette pour monter en station est vraiment juste à côté, ce qui est super. Le propriétaire et la gérante sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Chalet magnifique ! Navette toute proche et horaires de passage top!

Le chalet est magnifique , spacieux . Parfait pour 10! Du rangement , un cadre tranquille loin des turbulences de la station . La navette est à 1 minute à pied pour rejoindre le premier télésiège à Sté Marie . Séjour très agréable !

Très beau chalet bien situé et confortable

Tout était parfait. Communication avec le propriétaire très facile et personne de contact, Sylvie, très accueillante et charmante. On ne manquait de rien. Seul petit bémol, à 11 nous manquions parfois d'eau chaude pour les dernières douche.

Séjour en famille à 10 adultes dans ce chalet bien équipé disposant d'une pièce de vie spacieuse et très agréable. Seul bémol la très petite chambre à deux lits superposés peu adaptée pour deux adultes.

Perfect family Christmas destination

My family and I spent a wonderful holiday in this Chalet. The property is very well appointed for a large family we are 5 adults and 4 children. The beds are very comfortable, and the living and dining area had enough space for us all to relax and enjoy the Christmas and New Year together. The location is very good close to the bus stop that takes you to Vars Les Claux and the other villages, and it is on many walking trails, including only 10 minutes along a very charming and gentle trail to Saint Marie with it’s fantastic boulangerie and the very good restaurant at Hotel 16150. The property manager and owner were very responsive and the chalet was in perfect condition for us on our arrival. Thankyou for a fantastic stay in your beautiful Chalet.

Tres belle propriété, beaucoup d’espace (7 personnes), agréable belle vue et très fonctionnelle. Deux points d’attention : -chalet situé en contre bas de la route des alpes très fréquentée par moto et voitures bruyantes -usine traitement des eaux usées a 200m plus bas avec quelques odeurs en fin de journée

Vous êtes le premier en 10 ans a parlé d’odeurs et de bruit Pour rappel : à votre inscription vous n'avez jamais indiqué que vous veniez avec deux chiens; alors qu'il est clairement demandé dans le règlement intérieur de solliciter l'accord du propriétaire La personne qui vous ouvre le chalet découvre vos chiens à votre arrivée... devant le fait accompli on les accepte Pas du tout correct ne revenez pas

chalet très bien exposé ensoleillé et très bien équipé. à recommander vivement. très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place qui gère le chalet ce qui est très rassurant. très bonne literie chévrerie à 500 m où vous trouverez des fromages excellents et une boulangerie à 1km avec du pain exceptionnel . un plus pour un séjour très agréable.

Excellent séjour

Chalet spacieux et très bien équipé, avec une magnifique pièce à vivre confortable, lumineuse et chaleureuse. Attention aux escaliers qui sont un peu raides. Nous reviendrons avec nos amis, nous étions 8 adultes.
