This newly constructed 5 bedroom contemporary smart home has an expansive open main level from a large living room with oversized steel fireplace, a generous fully equipped gourmet kitchen with seating for 6 people at the massive island, to a modern dining room that easily seats 12. Combined with high ceilings and lots of natural light this space is perfect for your group to gather. With 5 en-suite bedrooms (one of which is a bunkroom) this home easily accommodates 14 people. Retreat to the upper level primary suite with king bed to enjoy the private patio with stunning views, the steel accent fireplace with reclaimed wood wall and television, soak in the oversized tub with gorgeous mountain views or unwind in the oversized steam shower. The washer / dryer in the primary closet means your laundry never leaves the room. Down a split level is the junior primary with a queen bed, en suite with a soaking tub and patios with beautiful views on both sides. Down another split level are 2 additional bedrooms each ensuite with queen beds. In the lower level you will find a bunk room with 3 sets of bunks (6 twin beds total) and its own private bathroom. Enjoy an evening of entertainment in the lower level theater room equipped with the latest 4K technology, complete with wet bar, game table and Peloton bike. Enjoy grilling or relaxing in the hot tub in the private back yard where radiant patios ensure year round access. Planning to work on your vacation? There is also an office with a deck for you to conduct business in this peaceful mountain setting. No expense was spared in creating this fully automated smart home, which provides high speed seamless internet access in all corners of the home along with many other features such as whole home audio, security and controlling blinds and temperature. Radiant heat and A/C throughout ensure a comfortable environment from one end to the other. All this comes complete with a 1 car heated garage, a rarity in old town. A nice house with many new features including automatic lighting, high end appliances and spacious common areas. Located near deer valley, Main Street and park city lifts it’s in a great spot. Note the house is on top of a large hill so if you have mobility issues that can be a factor. Would stay there again

Wonderful property with spaces to be together but where you also can have privacy. The location cannot be beat … a 5 minute walk to the top of Main Street and a 6 minute walk to the slopes

The house was amazing. Absolutely perfect for large groups with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The kitchen had all the small and large appliances you could need. It was super easy to connect to the speakers to enjoy music all through the house too. It was really a great house, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to main street Park City, but be prepared to walk uphill!

Spring Break Getaway

This is the second time we rented this house for our spring break. Perfect house for 2 families of 6 with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Stocked well with kitchen staples and other basics. Beautiful and modern house conveniently located near Main St. Will be our "go to" house everytime we are in Park City.

5 feet of snow for skiing and a great trip!

We loved the house - from the location, to the size of the home, amenities, proximity to the town, and how responsive Julie was to all of our questions and needs. We enjoyed the heated floors and the heated drive way when we had 5+ft of snow. The hot tub was a hit and we enjoyed the nighttime lights from the houses on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again! We weren’t able to use the walkable in and out ski access because this side of the mountain wasn’t open when we arrived but we reserved a parking space in town each day and made it easy for us with a 5 minute drive. A truly great property for our family!

We love our location in old town Park City because we are a short walk to Main St with all the shopping, dining and entertainment, and a short walk to the ski slopes. We also love that we are in a part of old town that is residential and quiet.
