Les Hôtes de la Royauté welcomes you to a fully renovated former Poitou farmhouse with a landscaped garden, swimming pool, and spa, just a stone's throw from Futuroscope, Aquascope, and the Vienne Arena-Futuroscope performance venue.

Located near the Moulière Forest and the Haut Poitou Golf Course, and 20 minutes from Poitiers, Les Hôtes de la Royauté offers elegant and modern comfort for family, tourist, business, wine-tasting, cultural, and/or sporting stays.

Our house has two bedrooms and a TV lounge that can accommodate up to six people in a space dedicated to families, couples, or groups of travelers. You will have access to a beautiful saltwater swimming pool (4.10 x 9.50 m), open and heated seasonally, complete with a relaxation area and sun deck. You can also enjoy the spa (with an additional charge of €10 per 40-minute session) located near the pool for a relaxing end to the day. Also available: table tennis, electronic darts, shuffleboard and pétanque, Molkky, board games, etc.

A private entrance from the garden opens onto a pleasant TV lounge with refined industrial charm and provides access to two spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi.
You will have a bright private bathroom with a toilet.

The Art Deco-inspired master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed with the option of adding a cot (free for children up to 2 years old).

The second bedroom, with its youthful and urban decor, has a 140 x 190 cm bed and a desk area. It is ideal for children or a second couple.

Finally, the TV lounge features a generous three-seater sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a Dunlopillo® comfort mattress, providing a third proper sleeping space. You will also find a comfortable TV, a DVD and VHS player, a Nintendo Wii game console with various games, and board games.

Other information to note:
Available for your use: an espresso machine (with Dolce Gusto coffee capsules), a kettle (teas and herbal teas), and a minibar (drinks are extra).

There is no kitchenette. Meals are not permitted in the rooms, but you can enjoy an outdoor dining area. Light meals (dinner platters prepared with local products) are available upon reservation and for an additional fee near the pool house or in the TV lounge, allowing you to avoid going out for dinner.

For babies, a travel cot, high chair, and booster seat are available upon request.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast is available for an additional €10 per person per night (€6 for children under 10 and free for children under 2). Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 am with fresh produce, homemade jams, and yogurts in the dining room, on the terrace, or by the pool, depending on the season and your preference. The schedule is flexible and can be adapted to your activities.

Other remarks: The property is enclosed by an electric gate. A remote control will be provided during your stay to allow you to park your vehicle securely. Our parking area can accommodate several vehicles.

Neighborhood description: We are located in one of the villages of Saint-Georges-Lès-Baillargeaux, in the immediate vicinity of the Moulière state forest. The area is quiet and peaceful while remaining close to the main tourist, cultural, sporting, and economic attractions of the Vienne region.

Nearby: Our house is located near Futuroscope (8 km), the shops in the town of Saint-Georges-Lès-Baillargeaux (pizzeria, Super U supermarket, etc.) 3 km away, and the Château de Dissay (gourmet restaurant and spa/hammam) 4 km away. Numerous restaurants are easily accessible in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou (7 km) and Poitiers (15 km). We are next door to the Haut-Poitou golf course (just 8.5 km away) and the Mignaloux-Beauvoir golf course is 18 km away. The spa town of La Roche-Posay is less than 40 minutes away by car (36 km).
