Quiet house with large garden in Berry, near Châteauroux

In Berry, near Châteauroux, 20 minutes from the George Sand House, the medieval Château de Sarzay, Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry), Gargilesse-Dampierre, and St. Benoît du Sault (one of the most beautiful villages in France). Right next to an 18th-century château with views of the verdant countryside, this detached, single-story house offers a peaceful setting.

It features a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the hallway, you can access four bedrooms (two with twin beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and two with double beds), and a shower room with a separate toilet.

Outside: a large garden with a pergola.

The price includes: bed linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), central heating with a pellet stove, and electricity with reasonable consumption. The price does not include towels.

We do not accept pets due to allergies and we have wild animals in the park.

Motorhomes and tents are not permitted for safety reasons. We are required to respect the maximum occupancy of 8 people.
