Three separate HVAC zones with humidity control for optimized comfort. Open space preserve behind the house constantly filled with deer, wild turkeys, and an occasional moose. Deer Valley shuttle system delivers you to/from the slopes. Less than 5 minutes to Deer Valley Resort or Downtown Park City.
