An 86-square-meter independent apartment, located in the heart of the Domaine d’Arca in Building H—ultra-luxurious, modern, newly built, with designer furnishings and exceptional comfort. Air-conditioned throughout, featuring a large terrace and a balcony off the bedroom, it will charm you with its south-facing location. Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.
This low-rise, 3-story building has a maximum of 12 apartments (the top one being the penthouse); its architecture blends into the maquis landscape, with multiple sloping roofs and levels giving it the appearance of a large house.
Services included in the price (check-in and key handoff, regular housekeeping, linen changes based on the number of days booked, etc.) Additional paid options (daily breakfast, extra daily cleaning hours or daily linen changes, other services: personal trainer, private chef, grocery and ironing services, beach towels…).
