This spacious airy second floor Waterfront corner condo with two bedrooms is located directly on a wide canal with access to Estero Bay. The condo is open and airy with high ceilings. The condo has a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. Please note, there is a one-week minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday rentals from December to April. Mid-week arrivals welcome all other months. Preference is given to Monthly Rentals.

Escape from the daily rat race and come enjoy some time in a tropical paradise. The screened balcony and multiple windows give you spectacular views with fresh Gulf breezes helping provide an 'airy' atmosphere. The unit is also equipped with central air conditioning, if you prefer.

There are tile floors in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and luxury vinyl plank floors in the livingroom and bedrooms.

The appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen include stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, range with overhead microwave, dishwasher, and disposal as well as all dinnerware, cookware and utensils. For your convenience, there is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Remember, you are on vacation so you need only to bring your bathing suit, loungewear, and sunglasses.

The large living room and the primary bedroom both feature sliding glass doors which open out onto the private screened balcony. Relax on the comfortable furniture there and watch the boaters on their way to and from fishing excursions or why not join them? Fishing charters; Boat rentals are available at the Fish Tale Marina just steps away.

Be on the lookout for the not un-common sight of dolphins and manatees swimming in the canal just below. Enjoy a swim in the pool before you take a short walk to the numerous restaurants and shops located in Santini Plaza. Or stroll across the street to the white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, shelling or to take in the incredible sunset!

This condo is conveniently located by many activities. You will be located on the quiet south end of Estero Island with easy access to all major roads. Within a few blocks of the unit, you’ll find a full-service a CVS drug store, banks, several top quality steak and seafood dining establishments and a Publix grocery (two miles north).
