Our place is in Prime Paradise Valley/Scottsdale neighborhood conveniently close to everything, including great nightlife, golf,tons of dining&shopping choices.Whole Foods, Fry's,Trader Joe's, Paradise Valley Mall,Einstein Bagels.This lovely Casita is close to Spring training facility, Barrett-Jackson, Phoenix Open, Fountain Hills, Old town Scottsdale, Airport, Casinos, Fashion Square mall,Horse Show. Much more restaurants.

Fabulous new built 1000 sq ft. Private Gated property, detached Guest house in the beautiful conveniently located in Scottsdale. Tastefully decorated & completely upgraded spacious guest house, for two people in prime location. Modern style one bedroom house, Brand New Furniture. One king size bed with memory foam mattress. Beautiful living room with sofa, nook area. Free Wi fi, Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make your favorite meals. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, plates, silver ware, spices and much more to list. R/O drinking water system, Washer and dryer. Has it all, home atmosphere.
You have your own private access to the Guest House. This is the detached new build Casita on the property of one acre. We live in the main house on the property, but it's a pretty private Casita. Some guests enjoy their privacy and I never see them, others I enjoy meeting.

Great little gem. Traveling for business in the Scottsdale & Tempe area.

Inna was very quick at responding to inquiries about our late night arrival and questions we had. I’d recommend staying here to anyone, and should we be back, I will definitely look at the availability for this place.

Excellent location. Short drives to many excellent restaurants, grocery stores and Kierland Commons. Quiet even though located on a larger property. All modern conveniences. Hosts responded very quickly to questions or concerns (there were few).

FUN AND SECLUSION IN THE SUN

Inna and Gary were very gracious and fabulous hosts. The pool and jacuzzi were particularly impressive with two fire cauldrons at the deep end and six arching water features along the sides flowing into the pool.(lit at night) The stores/restaurants were close by, and the bed was of a European style. Nice and firm.

Wonderful 3 week stay!

We came to spend 3 weeks visiting with our children and enjoy Arizona. This casita provided everything we needed for the three weeks. The pill is lovely, even if it was not warm enough to swim in February. Kitchen is fully supplied for cooking, nice refrigerator and very comfortable bed. We will likely return next year.
