VILLA air-conditioned private covered heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, Sauna

Near Soulac/sea VILLA of 130 M² for 6-8 people (including children) in an exotic setting with air conditioning upstairs and with private swimming pool (6x4) covered heated, surrounded by a wooden terrace of 150 M² with Jacuzzi for 3 people, infrared sauna for 2-3 people.
Even in case of rain you can swim thanks to the pool shelter !! Nice night swimming because you are like in a bubble !!!
Free WIFI access. 4 adult bikes are provided. It is located 5 km from the ocean (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike) and you can enjoy a fully enclosed garden of 400 M². It consists of 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed in an open space upstairs.
The upper floor is fully air-conditioned.
A living room, a lounge, a kitchen with all the comforts (a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a normal coffee maker and a 'Tassimo', toaster, an American fridge. A bathroom with shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet + a separate toilet. A second bathroom with Italian shower and sink. Horse riding nearby and forest 100 m away. Market every morning in Soulac/mer and Montalivet. Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle road with its world-famous vineyards!!
Going back 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and its oyster parks, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island!!

Absolute hidden gem

I know the phrase "hidden gem" is thrown around too frequently these days, but this villa was just that. Easy to book, find and check-in, the villa is nestled in a very peaceful small village just a few km from the most amazing beach, with a superb boulangerie, local shop and restaurant all within walking distance from the front door. The villa itself was well equipped, comfy and we settled in really quickly. It was incredibly clean and the facilities meant we could have easily spent the whole week just in the villa; Pool with removable cover, jacuzzi, sauna, table football, ping-pong table, BBQ, board games TV, blu-ray player and fast wifi. Sylvain was a lovely chap; friendly, polite and explained everything really well and answered all of our questions which really helped us to settle into the holiday easily. I have no-doubt that we will be visiting again!

Idyllic and hidden escapeWe arrived after a long journey from Germany, found the house easily in a quiet side street, and experienced straightforward check-in with responsive, multilingual communication from the host Sylvain. He also provided helpful in-person guidance shortly after our arrival. When we had questions Sylvain responded immediately. We had no issues or complaints.The house was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped with three bedrooms and air conditioning upstairs. Although lacking an upstairs bathroom, the two bathrooms on the ground floor and open kitchen and living areas met our needs well. Amenities included TV, DVD, board games, and great working Wi-Fi.The outdoor area was a highlight, featuring a heated pool with underwater lighting, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, and table football. The poolside terrace and lounge offered sun loungers, umbrellas, and a dining area under a sun sail, all within a private and quiet fenced space.A small supermarket was within walking distance, while nearby Soulac and Montalivet offered dining and shopping options. We frequently visited Le Gurp beach, a great spot for surfing and suitable for dogs, where our kids took surf lessons.We spent 2 wonderful weeks in July/August and due to the great weather and the beautiful house we had one of the best holidays ever. Whenever we come back to this place we will definitely come back to this or one of Sylvain’s other houses.Clear recommendation! Thanks for everything.

De superbes vacances ! Les prestations sont vraiment très bien comme la piscine couverte, la jacuzzi ou encore le sauna. Il ne manque rien. La Clim a l’étage est vraiment essentielle lors de canicule comme cet été. Le coin est très calme et charmant. La plage est très sympa avec des petits restaurants et glaciers… Bref nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Bon séjour mais la maison n'est pas à la hauteur des aménagements extérieurs

Piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, et terrasse, parfaits. En revanche la maison n'est pas à Soulac mais à Grayan. Il n'y a pas 4 chambres comme annoncé, mais 3, et un lit en mezzanine en haut de l'escalier de l' étage. Il y a 2 salles de bains dans la maison. La literie est moyenne. J'ai trouvé le prix de la semaine élevé par rapport aux prestations générales.

Excellent séjour à Grayan

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour de 2 semaines, dans cette maison très bien aménagée. Par ces temps de grosses chaleurs, nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du jacuzzi et de la climatisation des chambres pour la nuit. La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente.

Der Vermieter hat sich immer sofort gekümmert falls es sein musste (z.B. Fahrrad repariert als wir einen Platten hatten, oder Glühbirnen ersetzt die kaputt gingen) hat aber ansonsten nie gestört. Pool und Spa und Aussenmöbel waren perfekt in Schuss und Betten gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison correcte correspondant à l’annonce Extérieur super bien aménagé et bien entretenu Piscine jacuzzi sauna tout y est Par contre la localisation sur la carte sur Abritel ne correspond pas à l’emplacement de la maison elle est un peu loin de Soulac et de l’océan elle est à Grayan Et cela aurait était également mieux de savoir dans l’annonce que c’était une maison mitoyenne Donc un peu déçue de l’emplacement mais je recommande quand même

Bonjour Mme , Oui en effet depuis que j'ai créé mon annonce en 2012 il y a une erreur sur la géolocalisation que je ne peux plus rectifier . Donc voici pour les gens qui me liront la bonne adresse : 16 chemin des Eyres 33590 Grayan et l'hôpital Par contre on y gagne en tranquillité car la maison est dans une impasse je ne pense pas qu'à Soulac/mer vous auriez eu autant de calme au mois d'août ! En espérant vous revoir dans l'une de mes maisons . Cordialement

Mooie vakantiewoning. Goeie ligging, rustig en goed uitgerust

Goed uitgeruste en zeer nette vakantiewoning. Pluspunten zijn zeker het zwembad, de jacuzzi, de amerikaanse koelkast en de airconditioning op de bovenverdieping met de slaapkamers. De woning is zeer rustig gelegen, met volledige privacy in de tuin, zonder inkijk. Vlakbij is een Spar supermarkt met alle nodige producten en lekker vers brood en croissants. Het strand ligt op 5 km (5 minuten met de wagen of 15-20 minuten met de fiets) en is prachtig: mooi zandstrand, heel groot met geweldige golven. De ligging is ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen (Soulac-sur-Mer, Verdon, Medoc wijn streek, ...). Toch ook een paar aandachtspunten: het huisje is gelegen in Grayan op 5 km van het strand, terwijl op de site lijkt alsof het vlakbij Soulac gelegen is op slechts 2 km van het strand; de sauna is zeer klein, met een max temperatuur van 60°; het houten terras rondom het zwembad, de fietsen en de kussens in de slaapkamers kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. Maar deze laatste punten doen niets af aan het feit dat onze algemene beoordeling zeer positief is en we kunnen het huisje zeker aanbevelen voor een prachtige vakantie.

Lieu calme permettant une vraie détente, nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine chauffée, du jacuzzi, de la table de ping pong , des vélos, dans un cadre bien aménagé. Le spar à proximité est bien utile et les supermarchés ne sont qu'à 7 kms. Jolie région, séjour agréable, propriétaire sympa, joignable facilement.

Des vacances topissimes pour la dernière quinzaine d'août 2019!!

Ayant lu les très bonnes appréciations générales de la maison avant de la louer, on peut dire qu'elle mérite toutes ses bonnes notes! Le gérant est parfait, tout comme il faut, efficace et très discret, la maison est exactement comme décrite, avec un jacusi et une piscine qui ont ravi toute la famille, d'autant plus que le fait que cette dernière ait un abri donne la possibilité de palier au mauvais temps! Enfin la maison est très belle et à la hauteur de la promesse de ses prestations! Pour conclure on y a passé des vacances fabuleuses qui nous ont vraiment dépaysés et qui ne nous ne font pas hésiter une seconde quant à la destination et la location de l 'année prochaine !! Un 5/5 mérité ;-)

Villa très agréable et très bien équipée. Il manque juste un Seche linge pour que le confort soit parfait. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi top pour les apéros entre amis. La disponibilité des vélos est aussi un vrai plus.

Rien à redire sur cette location ! Le propriétaire est adorable, disponible et très accueillant. La maison était parfaitement propre, très bien équipée, lumineuse et spacieuse. Nos enfants ont apprécié tous les équipements qui leur étaient destinés (piscine, ping-pong,jeux...) et nous avons pleinement profité du calme, Saouna et jaccusi, Vélo ! L'endroit est idéalement situé pour découvrir la belle région du Médoc: l'océan et l'estuaire avec ses petits ports de pêche pittoresques, les dégustations de vins et de fruits de mer ... nous espérons retourner très prochainement!!
