Location of property was great,near sea,town and Normandy beaches . everything we needed at property and enjoyed our stay very much. Normandy and architecture a delight and will most definitely be back.

Interesting stay in a clean & comfortable appartement

Ouistreham is perfectly situated and sourrounded by historically interesting spots. The beach is wild and huge and the appartement with a perfect garden is just two streets away from the beach. We will come again to this region. Thanks to Veronique for the lovely support and see you once again. Family Willimann with teenagers

Great location

Nice house, 4 min walk to the beach and 7 min walk to the town centre. Nice house, only suggested improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom (inc the shower). Apart from that nice deco, great little kitchen. Has wifi and a nice front garden. There is another flat below the main house but it was not renter at the time we stayed there. Veronique was very nice and helpful, she even brought croissants and local delicacies to our door in the first morning! Would go again based on the great location. Very quiet street / area

Nous avons apprécié être à proximité de la plage, environ 5 minutes à pied, dans une rue calme. Boulangerie et supermarché également accessible à pied. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse du logement pour y manger et les deux chaises longues pour se reposer. Petit jardin à l'ombre très appréciable. Très bon contact avec l'hôte sur place et très disponible.

Appartement au top au niveau de la localisation. On peut aller à la plage surveillée en 5 minutes a pieds et en ville également. Dommage cette odeur d'humidité désagréable dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Il serait bien de préciser que la maison est divisée en 2: cette location correspond à la patie haute, mais il y a une deuxième location sur l'arrière de la maison correspondant au sous sol. Pas de problème pour nous qui avions des voisins très raisonnables et gentils mais il est bien de le savoir.

La location était superbe. Tout correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce. La distance avec la plage était nickel : ni trop loin, ni trop près, exactement ce qu’il fallait. Idem pour la zone piétonne et le marché, accessibles facilement sans être collés à l’agitation.L’accueil a été vraiment top : la personne sur place était adorable, le petit geste gourmand à l’arrivée nous a fait très plaisir, et l’attention pour le dimanche a été très appréciée. Encore merci pour tout.

Tres beau logement, très fonctionnel, idealement situé, dans un endroit calme et à deux pas de la plage des planches de promenade, des restos...Belle terrasse qui donne sur le petit jardin avec son mignon petit bassin. Très bons échanges avec M Chapuis, le propriétaire.Un grand merci à Véronique, très sympathique, et à l'écoute de nos besoins.Nous reviendrons... Et pour plus longtemps...

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison , cell-ci est tres bien équipée, propre , (juste un petit bemol sur lhumidite dans les toilettes ), Véronique la co-hote est tres charmante, tres serviable et tres accueillante .nous recommandons sans hésitations et tres bien situer géographiquement, meme si nous nous connaissons tres bien la region !!

Une excellente semaine avec une position géographique parfaite pour passer de la côté fleurie à la côte de nacre.La maison est idéalement située à 500 mètres de la plage. Petit bémol sur les odeurs d'humidité dans la maison et un ménage assez superficiel. Mais nous avons vraiment su profiter de tous les côtés positifs. Véronique nous a accueillies chaleureusement avec une tarte normande bien agréable après notre longue route.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut und gelegen. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super für gemütliche Strandbesuche und Stadtausflüge. Der Bäcker ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden, aber aufgrund der Strandbesucher nur sehr selten oder nur früh morgens oder Abends verfügbar. Daher mussten wir manchmal auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Empfang mit Veronique verlief sehr gut und sie war wirklich sehr nett, spicht aber kein Englisch. Im Haus war alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar Bettwäsche, welche bezogen war. Der Fernseher bietet auch Streamingdienste (abmelden aber nicht vergessen). Die Einrichtung ist modern und alles ist vorhanden. Nicht so toll empfanden wir die Sauberkeit vor Ort. Alles wirkte nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt und wir haben erst nochmal alles ausgefegt und nachgeputzt. Steckdosen gibt es viele, aber nicht überall. In einem Schlafzimmer hinter dem Bett stand die Steckdose offen ohne Abdeckung. Die Elektrik wirkte nicht fachmännisch verbaut. Rauchmelder sind leider keine verbaut. Die Toilette ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Draussen gibt es einen Grill, leider mit rostigem Zubehör. Moderne Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Es gibt auf der Terasse einen großen Tisch mit vielen Stühlen, an dem man bei schönem Wetter auch essen kann. Bis auf die genannten Mängel eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Super accueil. Véronique est tres disponible. Petit souci de wi fi vite solutionné. Maison dans le beau quartier de Riva Bella confortable avec une tres jolie terrasse surélevée. Tres calme. Idéalement située à 200m de la plage.

très bonne localisation

Les points forts: - La localisation géographique idéale! - Le prêt des vélos (nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture de tout le séjour! piste cyclable à 3 min donc pratique avec enfant) - appartement fonctionnel - la bonne humeur, gentillesse et serviabilité de Véronique qui vous accueille! Les points faibles: - la manque d'intimité. L'accès à l'autre location du RDC se fait par votre jardin! Donc vous avez les autres locataires qui passent à n'importe quel moment. De plus le jardin donne totalement sur la rue et la vue est dégagée donc on voit tout. - l'odeur dans les WC - le wifi défaillant

Très bon séjour

Beau et très agréable appartement avec terrasse et jardin dans une maison, à proximité des plages et du centre de Ouistreham. Mon ado a apprécié le lit double dans la 2eme chambre. Petit bémol, l’appart sent un peu le renfermé. Très bon accueil de Véronique et communication avec le propriétaire.

Découverte

Nous ne connaissions pas Ouistreham Riva Bella. Ce fut une très agréable découverte. La maison très proche de la plage, parfaite pour une famille de 4 (3 adultes, 1 enfant). Plage idéale dans ces conditions. Et quand il fait beau c'est le top! Ce fut globalement le cas pour nous. A retenir!
