The apartment was reasonable for exploring Lisbon. We were on the top floor, be aware there are lots of stairs with a low ceiling at the top of them.Both bedrooms had double beds we were expecting twin beds in one bedroom and this made it difficult with the children.All in all a reasonably priced apartment for exploring Lisbon.

This was the worst guest we have had in years. She lied about how many guests were staying. Apparently she forgot about a few of her children. Once she arrived she was a nightmare so she left after making fake claims about my apartment. Nothing she claims in her review is true. A fact is that she reserved our apartment with a maximum of 4 people and arrived with more people. It was a disaster.

Very organized check-in, good facilities fitting snugly into the space (2 BR, 2 bath plus a kitchen) and a really nice location. The square at the end of the block is a popular meeting place and was full of life every evening.

Great location!

Great location, very close to nice restaurants and tourist spots in Lisboa. Property is on the 3rd floor very narrow stairs so not a good choice for ADA or older folks.We enjoyed the stay thank you!

Location, location, location!

This was a perfect location to explore Lisbon from. Although a bit small, there were 2 bathrooms and since we were 2 couples that was perfect. A lovely little neighborhood and a quick drive and decent walk from the old city.

Great place

Our condo was great. Two bathrooms and room to move around. Beds were firm but comfortable. Area was great and easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Great air conditioning in bedrooms. No washer or dryer. Overall super happy.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is compact and worked well for us. It is located in a good area, just a short taxi ride from everything we wanted to see. It was clean and the check in was easy. We would recommend it although I should mention there is no elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs.

Super location by cafes, park, bus route and sight seeing. Apartment was an excellent base for 2 couples as had bathrooms, sofa and dining table for a start of the day cuppa. Launderette in next street.

Perfect location

Lovely space and perfect location. Restaurants, super market, gelato, little parks, walking distance to Rato Metro Station. We were on the third floor and had trouble climbing the stairs. That is the only downside.

Great location and communication from host

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation- we travelled as a couple and a friend, so it was helpful to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hosts of the space were very communicative and helpful, from giving suggestions on best ways to travel from the airport to some great restaurant recommendations. They were also great at checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our time there. Our favorite part was the location- so near lots of great cafes, shops, restaurants and in a lovely part of Lisbon.

Perfect for us

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon . The apartment was perfect for us , clean, comfortable beds , great to have two bathrooms in a great location for getting around with ample bars, restaurants and breakfast venues ! Checking in and out was easy , good communication . Stairs a bit steep .. but hey ho for a short stay ok .

We booked this property for 3 days , Property has very narrow stair case you need to bring luggage to 3rd floor walking side ways, walls are dirty , sofa has stains, black stuff came out of air conditioner on 1st bedroom and landed on bed sheets ! mold on moulding behind tv, bed covers have stains , electrical panel covering is so dirty, insects in bath tub … we never slept in this appt we looked for a hotel paid hotel and left at midnight , when we contacted the host the next day he did not want to reimburse any amount , VRBO was also advised and they tired to talk to host, he was not interested in meeting us half way unfortunately we have pictures to back up how awful this appt was .. we have more then what we are allowed to post hereLuckily we had the opportunity to find a hotel it was very clean and very well maintained , location was amazing also If you are looking for a clean , well maintained place this is not the place for you Also construction on street

Very sorry to have agreed to host this terrible guest. Rude and nasty with our concierge to begin with. Her evaluation is obviously untrue. Not one word of truth in her comments. She simply didn’t like the apartment so she left without informing us and after words asked for a refund. Of course we could not refund her since the calendar was blocked with her reservation which was quite thoughtless. As for the comments, the apartment is immaculate and pristine. Freshly painted and everything is in perfect order. No idea where this guest came up with her comments which are simply untrue. Had she reached out to us while here we would have met with her to see what she felt was not up to her standards. She didn’t follow policies so we had no opportunity to meet with her.

The accommodation was exactly what we needed! I loved that the apartment was situated close to restaurants, within walking distance of the botanical gardens and natural history museum, and very commutable to other things to do. We stayed at the property with our two children (11, 14). It was our first time in Lisbon. We had a fabulous time and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We especially appreciated the care and effort from Ricardo who helps coordinate the bookings and ensure everything goes smoothly. He was very helpful in allowing us to check in and check out at a time that worked with our travel plans and greeted us onsite. The A/C in a 3fl unit was also appreciated in the warm weather.

Un bel appartement cozy dans un quartier animé mais au calme. Attention aux personnes de grande taille, l'escalier est bas de plafond.Un point négatif toutefois, l’eau chaude manque terriblement de débit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
